Location The fact u had to leave id for remote control and blow dryer not working

It was easy to geta dinner and an early morning taxi though the staff. There was a fridge to store some breakfast before my 3 am departure. Staff wasn't very friendlythe room key card did not match my room number. I found long hairs in my sheets and there is no air conditioning just a fan.

The location. Honestly, our stay turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. During our visit, we were victims of an attempted extortion and a possible virtual kidnapping. What was most alarming was that the extortionists had personal and hotel information that we had only provided to the hotel, including names, phone numbers, room numbers, and details of our companions. We received calls in the early morning hours that jeopardized our safety and forced us to leave the hotel immediately, without even being able to check out normally. We returned the following morning to report what had happened, demand an explanation, and check out. By then, the entire staff was already aware of the situation. Far from finding support, we were met with a confrontational attitude. The manager never came to personally address such a serious incident, which we consider a grave lack of professionalism and sensitivity in a situation that compromised our safety. Although we finally received a refund after a long wait and much persistence, this does not compensate for the distress, fear, and lack of attention we experienced. The feeling of vulnerability we felt is something no guest should have to endure. We expect the hotel to thoroughly investigate what happened and strengthen its data protection and incident response measures. In the meantime, we advise future guests to exercise extreme caution.

The location was great for exploring the historic center of Mexico City. The staff provided an excellent welcome (even though I don't speak Spanish) and stored our bags for us the next day in a secure location. The room was simple, but clean with a great hot shower with excellent water pressure. Quite a firm mattress. I enjoyed the communal spaces with filtered water and tea/coffee. I felt safe here, even with the hustle and bustle of world cup revelry going on outside. Would book again.

Location Doesn’t have windows nor central AC. The portable one in the room was filled with dust and spreading it around to a point that the white sheet for cover with gray dots of dust.

Nothing Firstly the hotel did not have its own entrance and reception. It shared a tiny shop amongst all the other shops. The room bathroom door did not have a latch. Since we were tired we did not complain and left the next day.
