The hotel located on a busy street, but you don't hear any street noise and nights are quiet. Restaurant is good and prices are fair.

In a very good location and everyone is very nice . I honestly can’t say negativos about my staying , just maybe 2 times it was a little loud in the morning, perhaps the restaurantbis too close to the rooms , but other than that very good in general .

Great location, about a 10-minute walk to the Zócalo. The room was a decent size and quite clean. The bathroom had limited ventilation, and the room's soundproofing could be better, as I could hear noise from the hallway even with the door closed. I didn't have breakfast because I left early for a tour. Overall, it was a good value for the price. The bathroom ventilation could be improved, and the room was not very well soundproofed, so hallway noise was noticeable.

    Staff responsiveness and helpfulness!!

The location close to the zocalo and stores. Loved the restaurant there! The water temperature in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. No AC.

The breakfast staff was very efficient and the food served was susbstantial. My view

The staff's service is awesome, specially the people in the restaurant, when you don't know something they explain it to you kindly. The only thing I would improve is the WiFi, it's not strong enough to work as entertainment or to work remotely, it's good if you spend all day outside and only stop by to sleep, because the television doesn't have streaming, so it's only cable.

Every thing was great, no connments about

  • Engine customer May 2026

Close proximity to the historic center, vendors, restaurants, Line 1 metro station, comfortable beds, working TV, warm shower, complimentary drinking water provided daily, decent sized room Very slow internet connection, air-conditioning unit was making random sounds when turned on

    I liked everything

  • Engine customer May 2026

Breakfast was good. Although it was so noisy and cooks and waiters speaks loudly ! It deserves 2 star not 3. No mini bar at room with 2 bottle of warm water! All sheets are torn and old! The floor is clean but I did not get a clean feeling from walls, WC, sheets, Curtains. Location is a disaster even for who wants to be close to center. Even one street above or bellow are so much better. In the middle of a very crowded street, too much horns, loud vendors.

Close to the Metro station, places to eat and the Zocalo.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The location and rooms where exactly what we needed I liked everything about it

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Location Just after I entered the room, I found out that the room was stinky and the chair covered mold and dirt everywhere! The window in the bathroom room was broken. Furthermore, the hotel could not fix these problems or change a room! Luckily, the hotel agreed to cancel the stay from their side!

This hotel is GREAT VALUE for the price . It has a good location near the historical centre of Mexico City . It is also a very short walk to the subway . Although not luxurious ....... the hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious . The breakfast at the restaurant is very good . I would prefer a more trendy neighbourhood like Roma or Condesa but for the price it cannot be beat ! The street where the hotel is located has a lot of " down-market " shops . I never went into any of them . However.... you can find nicer stores and restaurants once you do a 15 minute walk to the main square .
