El personal muy amable, tiene una gran ubicación, cortinas blackout que ayudan a descansar mejor, el bosque de Chapultepec está justo alado, zona muy tranquila y fácil de moverse El baño es reducido y no hay tantos conectores de luz en la habitación.

The best staff, nice and very courteous and helpful. Second to none. They made me feel I was in a luxurious hotel! The room had a huge humidity spot inside the open closet, that produced a pungent moldy smell. I reported and asked to be moved to another room, but it was a packed hotel since the World Cup had the hotels booked. But the housekeeper made sure to leave a fresh and pristine room ready every day! Outdated, but with magnificent and delicate frescoes on the walls. I love the daily crisp and clean sheets and my firm bed! I couldn't wait to get back every day just to hit my bed after a nice shower. The other highlight was the beautiful restaurant: top staff, friendly and kind, great food, and gorgeous location, a true gem. It would be great if they could fix the moldy wall and change the windows to double to cut the noise. And yes, I'd go back again. Great location! Very noisy, strong moldy smell and stained old carpets

Location was excellent! Very nice place from the outside and Many small restaurants at walking distance. People were very nice, Front Desk was very nice, and the man who took our bags was extra nice showing us both restaurants available. Great food. Everything from the beds to the bathrooms is in dire need of a revamp. The majority of the things were either loose or old. Toilet seat fell off. A/C was making "needs maintenance" noises. Bed was extra stiff, bathrooms were built in the 50's and pretty much stayed that way.

It was fairly quiet and comfortable. The wifi was good. The receptionist kindly gave me an adaptor for the two -pronged sockets. The restaurant is excellent and has a lovely atmosphere. It's quite expensive. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to walk in the Bosque del Chapultepec which is very close. It's quite a trek to the historic centre however. There are only two power sockets in the room and they are a bit loose. I have a phone, a power bank, a computer and hearing aids and all needed powering each night, so I had to wake in the night to change them over.

Location. Dated furniture and television.

Dark dirty brown carpet.

Excellent location a few mins from Chapultepec and great neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, walkable and convenient to get around city. Staff were lovely even after I arrived 1am after late flight (of note, enter the premise at night through the Green Park sister hotel). Had AC. I don't mind the retro decor but unfortunately the room had a distractingly strong smell (I don't think the carpeting helped)

Lovely old fashioned Spanish Style with a nice restaurant in a beautiful garden Only one electric plug in the room, and we had two phones to charge

Desk help in mid day.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was it's location. I knew I wasn't booking a luxury resort as I was trying to go with a non chain hotel. Do not recommend. Didn't like that my experience started with the hotel not finding my reservation then when found there wasn't a room linked to it l. Didn't appreciate the front desk staff's attitude nor the rooms I was assigned.. The bathrooms in both rooms were full of black mold. I couldntnget the type of room that i booked which was a Jr king suite. The manager looked at the booking and said that the description on booking.con was incorrect and that they didnt have such ammenities. Since i complained about the first room having lots of mold they put me in another room which was a smaller standard size room with a smaller bed. This check in process wasted 1.5 hours and that is no exaggeration. I filed a complaint immediately with booking.com which I am still waiting on a response from their genius plus customer service. Ive submitted photos and had to waste my vacation time responding and talking to representatives from booking as we went back and forth with the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff Lights in the room were either too dim to be able to see anything, or didn't work at all. There were several random steps in the room, and with the dark carpeting, they were really hard to see in the dark. We had to put our shoes in front of them so that we could see them better. Even then, we tripped several times.

Third time staying at Hotel Park Villa. I LOVE how courteous, professional and friendly the staff is. I also love the proximity to Chapultepec etc. The property is also nice and quiet. I recognize that it is a no frills hotel- maybe consider a microwave or a mini fridge in the rooms?

there’s mold everywhere and the curtains have never been washed. towels and bed sheets are super clean though so there is that.

Terrible. I stayed there in the past and had a great experience. This time, a year after, it was just bad. I won’t be staying there anymore. Bathroom was not clean and they forgot to leave water bottles- which they usually do. The guy in the reception was remarkably unhelpful.

Old fashion hotel. Like it. I have been there past year already Need to ask an adaptor to the reception has the old fashion plug did not have the earth thus couldn't work with my international adaptor. ??

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff was amazing. The security guard was very friendly. The Hotel was very quiet in our area. Although you'll have to go through a VERY busy road, there is an access into Chapultepec side close by (5-10 minute walk). The only downside are the beds. They are a very firm.

Good location, comfortable to reach numerous destinations in Mexico City Some of the hotel facilities are quite old and need refurbishment.
-
The facilities were a bit shabby, definitely needing some TLC and enhanced upkeep. The bed was also ridiculously hard, which was unfortunatel.

Great, bit older hotel in great area. Quiet aware from main traffic. Matrass was bit hard.
