The staff and food are undoubtedly the best part of our stay. We were absolutely blown away by the service. It was truly white glove, 5-Star service. We were so impressed we wrote down a bunch of names of the people who went to great lengths to make our stay perfect, including Adrian and Alberto and also the concierge who works overnight whose name we unfortunately forgot to write down. He was so wonderful and helped us with an issue with our room at around 11pm on August 11. Adrian heard we weren’t able to get a table at one of the top restaurants in the city and we magically received a booking confirmation email from the restaurant a few moments later. Likewise, Alberto made sure they didn’t give up our table when we were running a little late due to a rainstorm. We travel a lot for work and were absolutely blown away by this staff. Jorge from the breakfast service was absolutely wonderful and the room attendant was so kind and went to great lengths to help us. The breakfasts were unreal. The mole tamale was exceptional. They even brought us delicious macarons before bed.

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed, nice room. Rather expensive for location but would still recommend.

I loved the friendly and kind staff. The food was outstanding . It was great stay for one person. It was noisy due to the bar across the road and night life which was also a positive. The earplugs the hotel provided helped

The location was perfect, you’re really close to a lot of cool restaurants and bars. 20 min drive from museums and the Capitolio. The staff was so helpful and kind as well

The rooms are simply unacceptable for the price we paid (we booked a "Superior Suite"). We originally had 4 nights booked, but had to move due to the room being cramped, dark, and the bathroom almost unfinished with frayed linens. Beyond that, the GM kindly agreed to provide a refund for our stay as we checked out. It has been three weeks and we still have not received the refund for the considerable sum we paid at the time.

Loved the property very much. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Adrian. He bent over backwards to help me. Location was awesome if you want to stay in Roma Norte. The hotel food was amazing! The hotel had masculine energy especially in the room. Meaning the lighting was lovely but not for a women to put on make up or get dressed. The shower had no step or bench for extra items or to shave (for women). The room had thin walls and you could hear a lot of noise but the hotel provided earplugs.

Property was modern. Staff was accommodating The lightening in the rooms was much too dim.

Great location, lovely breakfast on the rooftop and nicely designed bar and restaurant Very loud street noise, reception staff could have been friendlier and rooms felt overpriced for the design and size

Hotel Maison Mexico was beautiful, exactly like the photos. The hotel was very clean, and the hotel bed was so so cozy! AC in the room made us very comfortable during our stay. The service and staff were wonderful. They accommodated us with an early check in, and promptly addressed our requests throughout our stay. Alberto specifically went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay! Thank you Alberto! A few tips for future guests - The hair dryer in the room is very weak, almost useless. Bring your own if you plan on blow drying your hair. The Breakfast on the rooftop is lovely, however very light - fruits, toast and coffee or juice. If you’re wanting something more filling they do have menu options. The food was delicious but is an extra cost. Overall these were minor, and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay :)

location was great. At the edge of roma norte without the commotion. breakfast was just ok, they charged for second cup of coffee. And we ordered room service one day thinking it was the hotel rest. but again it was the rooftop restaurant so they ended up charged us for what would have been free if we went up.
