Gorgeous setting, Fabulous staff, delicious breakfast. One of the nicest BNB’s I have ever stayed at. A must if you are planning to stay in Coyoacan. . Nothing

The beautiful mansion and classic atmosphere The bathtub didn’t have a plug. The wifi was not stable and was diificult to watch a movie.

The staff were incredible. Such lovely, helpful people. The breakfast was fantastic and the animals on the property were so cool.

The workers, Enrique, Alphonso, and Damaris were all incredibly patient and professional, they let us leave our luggage after check out time while we went for lunch, and were incredibly accommodating Only thing was that the Jules Verne room only has a bedside table on one side of the bed.
-
The grounds and location. All staff very kind. Many of the lights were not working.
-
Very relaxing place with friendly people that work hard to provide excellent services. It’s located very close to downtown Coyoacán. The full bed was very comfortable though hopefully one day it will be replaced with a bigger bed.

The location was perfect. The villa is beautiful, French-style, with peacocks and a turtle in the garden. Nice music, beauty, relaxing environment, very friendly and helpful staff. We felt at home. The breakfast (included) was very modest but when we ordered from the menu it was good. In the whole amazing experience the only thing I did not like was the coffee.

Very charming building and staff. Faded glory “haunted” old mansion. No heating. In a state of renovation and lack of care. Maybe last updated 1980.

They had music very loud in the back garden starting 8 am until 9.30 pm or more everyday, and I could heard from my room

What a beautiful place to stay!! The grounds were gorgeous and I loved the peacocks always wandering around. The stay was so comfortable and the staff was very gracious. I wished the pool had been open! It’s a little far from the city center but Uber and Didi were readily available.

Yenifer Flores was especially wonderful, thoughtful and kind

It is beautiful, elegant, nice garden to eat breakfast, music all the time. Staff very kind but does not speak English except one person who is not always there. In Coyoacán which is a very beautiful neighbourhood with tons of restaurants and cafes. And beautiful plaza and church nearby. Free breakfast is a joke: snack of coffee, two cookies and slice of watermelon cut into pieces and sprinkled with honey and cereal. Looks elegant but just makes you more hungry. Then the cook comes and asks if all is ok then you are given menu with a real food that costs real money. And poor staff has to play the game along… I booked this property based on free breakfast, nice pictures and reviews of great breakfast. But… no mention that you have to pay for it (I have been in two other hotels during my stay and had eggs, beans, enchiladas, bread, cheese, fruits, Mexican pancakes and as much as I wanted - this is what I call “Breakfast included”, booking should pay more attention to what they put on their website), breakfast is only outside and it was cold, I needed a blanket. I was so cold, angry and hungry that in the end I went to buy myself yogurt and bread in La Comer. They had great choices of real food. This experience was so disappointing that it affected my whole stay and I didn’t feel comfortable there despite the staff being very nice. I was just thinking where else will they scam me so I was spending most of the time outside although my wish was to be inside the hotel and just relax.

-
The experience was absolutely great! Highly recommended, i will come back for future visits, they have the perfect ambiance based on the victorian era! the staff is very friendly, responsive and kind! the location is in the heart of coyoacan district very nice. Nothing, it was perfect!
-
Beautiful villa surrounded by a park, very quiet and relaxing some repairs needed, but that was mentioned in the description of the property included breakfast relatively small, more available on payment
-
estilo atencion y ubicación they sent a wa notification when we did the reservation it was really useful map and everything but they never answer what I asked in that message. The names of the rooms you have here in booking are not the same that the have in the hotel, so thestandard suite is the patrick suite and This one is the best of the hotel in manteinance and view.
