The bed was comfortable though I couldn't sleep in it after the front desk employee entered my room to spy on me A woman working the night shift at the front desk was condescending and rude. She claimed not to have received my reservation after I showed her my confirmation number and charged me $950. Two hundred pesos over the rate I received from booking.com. Not more than 10 minutes later she came upstairs and, without knocking, unlocked the front door and barged into my room and stared at me, then pretended as if she'd made some sort of mistake. However, 1 at this hotel, all the doors to vacant suites were left open so she knew my room was occupied 2 she checked me in so she knew what room I was in Whatever biases or prejudices she holds, opening the door and entering my room uninvited and unannounced while I'm in bed sleeping was inexcusable

Very warm and friendly staff, you immediately and always feel like family. Plenty of eating, drinking and cafés nearby. Highly recommend staying here. Why pay more for a less enjoyable experience?

Hotel is not as advertised. It is a motel, not hotel, not a place for families.

Spacious. There was no hot water in shower, the TV did not work, and the bedding was not warm enough I ended up having to put jackets on top to maintain warmth.
