My family and I really enjoy our stay here at the beautiful Grand Beach hotel. It was family friendly and luxurious. The ocean view suite was comfortable and clean. I would recommend to my friends and family. Thanks for the memorable experience, this is what life is meant for.

We stayed for only one night but I would be happy to come back again. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a very nice partial view of both the canal and the beach. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pools were nice - we used the ones on the lobby level and we also were able to walk to the beach which is literally steps from the back of the hotel. The only small quibble was that the faucet in the bathtub was loose and the towels were clean but had some faint staining on them. Still I would say this was an overall great stay.

Disappointed cause pays double the fee and valet parking. It isn't a joke almost spends $1000 per person and I purchased online around 700. The total is $1700.

Spent 4 nights for a bachelorette and we had a blast. Hotel was clean, drinks were good, staff was helpful, view was amazing. and would recommend this hotel over and over again!

The hotel was ok, front desk helpful. The floor in the room was so dusty at arrival even after housekeeping. The pool area is small. So crowded, even by paying daily resort fees. Hard to find a spot in the pool. The beach was more quieter but the water was full of seaweed. This hotel only offers valet parking for 58$ a day. The afternoon staff was lacking customer service and taking long time to get our car.
