Very good place, the room was pretty clean

Everything was good , but the the sargasso en la playa was not good..

En el lugar hay tres piscinas pero los de Nobu pueden usar las tres pero los de Eden rock no pueden usar la de Nobu para adultos muy mal Está propiedad ah cambiado mucho, antes era mejor ahora es pésima. Si puedes mejor renta Nobu.

I had a issue with our room. The shower will spray water on the other side of the wall and the carpet was wet and the wall had mold

The hotel was clean and well kept. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to ask for a bucket of ice and they promptly brought ice to the room when needed!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Beautiful property but location is not walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, mini grocery, etc. We had lunch & dinner at Eden Roc because we did not want to drive to downtown/south beach (parking is hard to find). The automatic 20% service charge added to food, drinks, etc by the hotel was a negative on top of their high prices. If you have a vehicle, you can only valet park $60+ per night. There is a city of Miami parking lot next to the hotel where you can self park for $20/day (this is what we did).

Wonderful place to stay

Shower didn’t work. Water would go to scolding hot and then completely shut off. Had to request service two times. Coffee maker didn’t work, was putting water back into the machine instead of in the cup. We were told by maintenance “this is normal”. We reversed an ada room with a roll in shower, we did not get an Ada room with a roll in shower. Everyone was

Beautiful well kept on the beach. Several hidden fees (parking, gratuity, umbrellas on the beach). They have three pools and one was under construction when we went. A child had an accident in one pool so they closed it to clean it for the day. That left only one. That they cannot help. It would be nice to have one pool for adults only. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would go back.

I had a wonderful experience at Eden Rock Miami! I really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff, the delicious food, and the cleanliness of the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I highly recommend visiting!

Room was beautiful. Met every mark of the view I was hoping for. Housekeeping missed a few spots but other than that the room was immaculate!!

Beautiful Quiet Relaxing and wonderful vacation

Nice property. Staff generally uninterested in being there to help. No beach towels and got stuck in elevator until someone could pry me out. Credited me $50 for my traumatic experience which I think is greedy of them especially considering I stayed there 3 times in a year. You’re paying for the room and that’s about it. Pool restaurant is alright too.
