Fontainebleau Miami Beach

No sports facilities on property. Resort fees don’t include umbrellas at beach, they charge $38 per day. On top of a $70 hotel resort fee per day. Horrible rip off experience. Current construction on property of a water park, so some pools are closed and the other pools are packed. Parking is also a rip off at $75 per day. It takes 30 mins to get your car out of valet.

Good afternoon amazing place. I stayed here before nothing but the best service was excellent. Only thing is the person at the front desk was a little bit less personable. I would say Dry. Also, when I called from the room to request check out and have someone get my bags we waited over 20 minutes. No one came. We took the bags downstairs and we went through the elevator all the way to the exit and we saw no one come up to get us and of course the same thing front desk on the phone did not ask any question is everything OK? Did you had a good stay but the place itself is amazing. Love it. They just need to talk to the staff in the front desk to be a little more hospitable.

Disappointed

Excellent hotel, however they are doing construction.

Kids pool is closed until spring 2027. The hotel is massive so ideally ask for a room closer to the lobby. Then put us in another tower far away from the pool and restaurants. Also be prepared to pay $9 for a small water bottle. On the plus side, the hotel is pretty and the rooms are spacious.

Five star hotel, frequent celeb visits, a nice café and buffet.. bathroom had a blow dryer which I liked. However beware of eating snacks in room you will be charged

Always loved the fountain blue however it was under renovation so the pool was super crowded because all the other pools were closed.

Shower was filthy. Very surprising.

Having said that the staff Around the hotel were very good. Lovely restaurants. There is a lot do construction so choose your rooms carefully.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned . Bed/mattress was old and the middle of the mattress was sagging . Beside that everything was ok

I want to shoutout some AMAZING employees: Joelle and Freddie on the beach! They were great and such good people. Elaine from housekeeping, she was so sweet and very detailed! Lastly, Ira at the front desk very kind and helpful. It's because of these people that our stay was enjoyable.
