All good
-
rude check in attendant doesn't go well when your checking in 11pm
-
It’s a nice experience I love it
-
Terrible amenities, pools are dirty and in desperate need of remodeling.
-
Beautiful hotel and location. Meals at resort pricey but good.
-
Room view was amazing staff very helpful all the time.
-
That the staff was very helpful and the quality of the food was great.
-
We stayed over after disembarking from a cruise in the early morning. I chose this hotel because of their pools and beach access, so we could enjoy ourselves while waiting for our room to become available. Very fun place to stay and spend our day!
-
My original room had delaminated windows with bubbles on them which made it difficult to look out . The staff were very efficient in changing my room which was very nice other than a tiny bathroom
-
The room was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and it took housekeeping forever to come to clean it.
-
Not luxurious, unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. The valet parking was the worse, extremely expensive per night and waiting time for the car about 60 minutes. I’m not staying here ever again.

Everything was great!!!
-
We got moved up to a higher floor by the clerk who checked us in and it was absolutely beautiful.
-
Beautiful property. Everything was great except that the pool closes too early (7pm), and food and drinks overpriced.
-
Super nice! Food was great.
-
Hotel was very crowded with kids around the pool. Staff was very friendly. Beware the food nor drink menus has no prices when ordering and a shocker when signing the bill
-
Loved my entire stay .
-
Loved my stay here, they upgraded my room and was a perfect getaway
-
Exceeded expectations. The rooms are not really designed for beach activities. The two queen bees room has very little counter space and places to hang towels and wet cloths.
-
The hotel is nice and cool, but the staff was a bit rude, I wanted to use the big round sunbed just to take a photo, but they kicked me out as if they were the owners there, it was very unpleasant
