Very aesthetic sexy vibe.

Wonderful room, bay view was beautiful, front desk staff could've been kinder at check in, luggage checking staff was very helpful and kind. Beach and restaurant at back of hotel by pool had delicious food and drinks. Didn't go in pool but it looked clean and well maintained, not too busy but we did have a one night stay on a Wednesday so maybe that's why. Smelled great in the lobby and hallways too

Exceptional
-
Ran into some issues with the dry cleaning service but we were happy with how Salvador handled it. Overall, we had a great experience.

The beach bar opens up at 11:30 so if u go to beach in morning you cannot even order water. The pool will serve you drinks from 11 but only if you’re sitting there? It’s also not a real Nobu hotel it’s inside the Eden roc hotel??? The room was nice but not at all what expected. Bad crowd also (I’m not even a Karen I am 26 years old lol, stay at the 1 hotel)

It was a great stay. Highly recommend with your significant other. Everything you need is right there.

Great place just too many hidden fees
-
I liked the quietness of the rooms. Good room service as cleaning and towels. Not clean pools. Too cold in the lobby and in the Nobu Restaurant at breakfast. Booking reservation was breakfast included and the hotel charged us service fees and part of the breakfasts.

We plan to always come back here when in Miami Beach!!!!

The Nobu was vibrant and active throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the food. The Asian restaurant is one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Miami.
-
Nothing except the location Unfriendly staff especially during the check in process, bad housekeeping service, value compared to money is not the same. Seems like I booked a 3 star hotel! I felt uncomfortable from the moment I stepped in. Will never come back again

Unfortunately, I left the hotel with bed bug bites, which completely affected my overall experience. The Nobu restaurant was amazing, and I also really enjoyed the massage. However, aside from those two highlights, the rest of the hotel experience was average. Considering the hotel’s reputation and price, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to detail.

I was expecting a luxury hotel experience, but unfortunately, it did not live up to that standard. The bathroom had visible rust, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, and overall, the property just didn’t have the clean, upscale, luxurious feel I was expecting—especially for the price.
