Hotel Rendale Miami Beach

This place was beautiful, the best stay in Miami .. big shout out to the staff in the front desk all of them was so helpful!!!

Great room, service and pool

Disappointing

At check-in, the receptionist requested a credit card deposit. He stated that the refund would be processed seven days after check-out. A month after my stay, I still haven't received the refund. I contacted the hotel but was ignored. I asked Hotels.com to look into it, and the only response was that I should check the refund status with my bank. The hotel itself is good, well-located, and reasonably priced. However, the scam involving the failure to return the deposit is disgraceful.

The stay was good overall and we were happy with the room and the hotel until the issue with the safe occurred. The evening before our departure, the battery in the room safe died while my passport, credit cards and other important belongings were locked inside. We reported the problem immediately and were told that maintenance would come at 7:30 the next morning. However, in the morning, the receptionist told us that maintenance would not arrive until around 9:30–10:00, despite us explaining that we had to leave earlier to catch our transportation. The receptionist was unpleasant and unprofessional. When we asked to speak to a manager, he claimed that he was the manager. Only after repeatedly insisting and contacting customer Booking service was maintenance finally contacted urgently. The safe was opened with a master key and the battery was replaced. The entire repair took about three minutes. I do not understand why a master key for situations like this is not accessible to reception, especially when guests may have passports and other essential belongings locked inside. The situation caused us unnecessary stress on the morning of our departure and could have resulted in us missing our transportation.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I really liked it and everything was without any problems. I had a very pleasant stay. Nothing, everything was fine.

That it was half a block away from the beach This never gave us instructions on Wi-Fi, the air conditioning never worked. We had to change rooms two times in four days. The staff seemed very unconcerned about what was happening.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Fantastically helpful staff, delicious restaurant on site, common areas to relax with a uniquely Miami vibe. Room was pretty barebones, but very clean with quality bathroom facilities, and exactly what my family needed. Location is excellent…easy to walk or bike anywhere along Collins or the beach boardwalk. I’ll probably stay here again next time I’m in Miami Beach.

Just perfect

Everything was nice, the only thing was the AC was so loud so I couldn't sleep properly because was too noisy but the rest is fine, very good location, very good people and nice hotel, I will stay again if I would go again same city!

My room was extremely clean, but the air conditioning unit did not work and had to be reset after reaching about 80° in my room! I tried calling the front desk four times from the phone in my room and got no answer. When I got to the front desk, the clerk was sitting there and when I told him I tried to call four times he said some of the phones don’t work in the rooms so it didn’t ring to him. I stayed in the villas which is outside of the main building and there is no elevator nor is it handicap accessible so we had to carry all of our heavy bags up flights of stairs to get to our room! It is 2026. How is this hotel not handicap/wheelchair friendly?? Also just know that they have just recently been bought by a new owner so renovations are going on and although the staff was extremely friendly, there are many kinks to be worked out in this establishment as they don’t fully know what works and what doesn’t. All in all as I said, my room was extremely clean and for that I am truly appreciative but I hope the new owners get things running smoothly for future guests.

Staff were amazing! Not only in the hotel, the restaurant as well. Was seriously so pleasantly surprised by this stay!
