Amazing location, walkable distance from many great spots. Alba and Sandra were super nice, they gave out amazing recommendations. Alba made is a delicious and very complete breakfast. Sandra also suggested a strategic route to visit Ocean Drive and different landmarks in the area. Definitely recommend Villa Venezia! The A.C. is central so you only get a fan in your room. It can get a little hot.

A true American breakfast, made to order as we came to the dining area. Delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, coffee, OJ, toast, waffles. A truly delightful breakfast. Very unexpected and so appreciated. Served beautifully with very nice tableware, tablecloth and glassware. Sandra greeted us as if we were family. We arrived before check in time and she accommodated us by keeping our luggage and recommended a delightful luncheon place near by while we waited for check in, which she alerted us by email when our room was ready. Delightful experience. I will return surly!!! all was perfect

Location is ok .. Sandra was great Breakfast was ok. No A/C thermostat in the room!!! Owner controls it by remote!!! Not convenient at all!! Went off at around 10 pm! Took about 40 minutes to turn it on!! Mattress is not comfortable!!

Everything met our expectations.

Very relaxing, welcoming, cozy, and clean place with charming Venetian atmosphere. It really feels like you are staying in Italy in your friends’ house. Rooms are comfortable, patio is amazing, fully equipped kitchen is available if needed. Breakfast at the patio is incredibly excellent, and travelers can share their experiences in conversations during breakfast seating together at one of big tables. Staff is very helpful and do their best for your best experience. My friend joined me on this trip at the last minute, and my request for a room with two beds instead of one was accomodated through complex late rearrangements. Staying there is an experience not to miss in the city of Miami Beach if you are looking for Italian vibes or just for a cozy home to rest. B&B is located in a quiet residential area full of gardens but Target and Publix are close by. Parking is really free but there are only two spots on the premises reserved for those who stay longer. Others are reimbursed for parking in the parking garage close by. I wish we knew that before so we’ll pack our stuff differently for this part of our trip, won’t have to reorganize it in a heavy rain and periodically return to the car in the garage to get forgotten things. Reimbursing will be easier of you have Zelle. Would be nice to have instructions of the breakfast ritual for the first timers on sequence how breakfast is served in order to avoid confusions who supposed to eat what and when. For instance, the first morning I had to eat cheese with muffin because my bread was gone, and later bread with jam because I didn’t want more cheese. Second morning was smoother because everyone adapted. All people staying there were very nice, and it was a great opportunity for socializing and making new friends during breakfast, sitting at the same table together. However, people should be notified of this arrangement upfront, otherwise if anyone happened to be introvert or just not to be in the mood of socializing they wouldn’t have a choice.

Temperature lack of internet and noise from upstairs.

The beds were comfy. The hostess was pleasant. Great local. It was clean. A continental breakfast would be preferred where you could select your choices. Didn’t really like being served. The breakfast was distasteful and cold. I didn’t like that we couldn’t communicate with staff. I tried to reach the hostess in the morning but she was not accessible.

This place was so cute! Definitely would stay here again. I have never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and I loved how they did breakfast in their courtyard in the morning.
