However, I noticed a lot of dust on the tables, especially near the lamp, and it looked like it had been there for days. The dust was heavy, not just a little. Other than that, everything was fine.

Cleanliness. Helpful staff. Doors opening system. Guests can not turn on/off the AC inside the room. The reception controls everything which is very wrong in my opinion.

Good area. The air conditioning was phone controlled and don’t work correctly. Room was hot. Very clean room but the phone app was a total pain. Room phone didn’t work. The breakfast was a total joke for sure. I would it go back especially considering the price to service. When we informed them about them about the ac not working she said she would turn it on but after that it continued to not work. No ability to change the temperature.

Room was comfortable and well appointed Location was convenient Hard to get in and out to our room - required special electronic keys and walking through multiple hallways and stairs Parking was really poor experience Poor signage Our access to our room was cut off 45 minutes before check out time. Staff said this was their policy.

Great price, very nice room, and very kind staff The Aircon was malfunctioning (meaning we couldn’t adjust it ourselves and had to ask the staff). But I guess it’s a punctual issue, so I still think our stay was amazing

Position and modern look Services, staff not professional and careful of clients needs. Horror movie breakfast in which the barman decides what you eat. The room was dark as a cave.

The overall hospitality was excellent, with a warm greeting from all staff I came across. I particularly liked the personalised note in my room. Can't recommend this highly enough!
