The staff was great, especially Akash.

The reception team is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. Breakfast is very good and has a great variety of croissants. The bedrooms are quite small and feel cramped with luggage.

A few minor issues in the bathroom: some chipped floor tiles in the shower, slow water drainage.

Location was great. I was there for Winter Olympics n it was central to all 4 venues in Milan. Public transport was very close and made it easy for attending events. The breakfasts were very good and served in a comfortable dining area. 24 hour desk service was also very welcome as all were knowledgeable about Milan .

Staff were great. Rooms and reception had everything I needed. Great value for the price. Walls are thin, so can hear your neighbours pretty easily

The staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and could not check-in, but they offered a free coffee and stored our bags. They cleanded the room each day and were not intrusive about it. We were able to sleep in, as it was fairly quiet. Our room did not have a window, which made it feel like we were in a closet. There was a window in the bathroom that we kept open for fresh air. The room was on the smaller size, but the bed was comfortable and big enough.

Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. My room was with lovely terrace 30 minutes walk to the Duomo district, also public transport is available near the hotel. Nothing. I was completely aware that is not so close to the main attractions The area is actually very nice
