The staff was helpful, friendly and caring. The atmosphere of the place is great being a student's apartment, there's great opportunity in the social areas to make new friends. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay even allowing me to use the room after checkout times because I was sick and had a late flight, a type of care that is rare to be seen these days. The rooms are empty and devoid of any basic utensils. Despite of that, anything I asked the staff promptly provided: fork, knife, plates, cups, bottle openers. However I think for a more comfortable stay, these items should be available in the room so people can eat and drink comfortably. The A/C is also a bit annoying. Randomly turning on and off in the middle of the night. Probably what caused me to be sick during my first night there. Staff fixed it, but even later it seemed to happen again at random

The staff were truly kind and helpful - definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment was also very clean, which we really appreciated. The biggest issue we had was with entering and exiting the building, especially the garage. There's no intercom or easy way to request access - you have to let the staff know in advance that you're leaving, and they will open the garage remotely once they spot you on the camera. We had to wait quite a while on two occasions, even though we were in a rush. It was quite inconvenient and could definitely be improved.
