The room is old not well maintained, acoustic insulation very poor. though the cleaning and towels changed daily.

The location is a bit less inviting, its not far away from the train station so the surroundings are a bit less "shiny". Like the graffitys on the streets snd stuff like that. If such things dont bother you - overall good hotel, nice value for money.

The staff was very polite and there for you in case of any questions. The breakfast was ok, the parking always available and a fair price regarding the fact that we were in Milan a very expensive city parking wise. The safe box and the big room also were 2 good factors . Breakfast could be much better but ok. I don’t like to eat sweet by the morning and basically there were a big variety of sweets but not food food

Extremely friendly, helpful and professional stuff (hi to Luca, Lorenzo, Stefano and the rest ?). Good location, near to the public transportation. Very clean, the room was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were nice (check in/out/ breakfast), room basic but cosy and I slept well. Close to my meeting location and good transport links to Malpensa. Minor thing but shower door in room needs fixing.
