The staffs were lovely. 1- The restroom didn't have soap ! 2- There was no tea maker in the room.

Proximity to train station. Clean, friendly staff. Old furniture and room design. Needs updating.

The hotel is beautiful The location is mediocre as there are some options to walk to for food but the neighborhood leaves something to be desired, the beds were uncomfortable, and the whole place needs a deep clean

Very comfortable room and bed, with nice wooden interior. Large terrace with sofas, great for morning coffee or evening drink. Very friendly staff and cleanliness. They even treated me to a wonderful espresso. It's far from the center and I expected a slightly lower price. But maybe for this part of Milan near the Technical University is normal. The area around the hotel is like a suburb, a bit dirty streets, but it was quiet.

Conveniently located near the Bovisa station. Friendly staff and nice room. The breakfast was rather frugal; could have some more variety.

The staff was really nice, and the rooms had all the necessities, nothing was out of place or dirty The hotel is quite old, it hasn’t been renovated in perhaps 40 years or more but other than that it’s totally fine!

Staff were friendly and helpful Location is very run down, bed was horrible and room was not as described. Paid for breakfast as its said it woukd be in the room when in actual fact it was a pastry n coffee at the end of the road

I liked the cleanliness of the bathroom and availability of some toiletries and towels. It was a little dark in the room and I was unable to see any view outside.

Nothing Cleanliness: the place is very outdated and full of dust. Bathroom: the water did not flow down the sink of the shower. Room: the mattress was very uncomfortable. Breakfast: it was from the bar near the hotel.

The location is great, the hotel is next to a train station with plenty of small shops (food, groceries) nearby. Super convenient to reach the Malpenza airport and the POLIMI university. The breakfast, virtually non-existent. The room was rather dark, even with all the lights on, it was difficult to read (the bathroom was dark too).

We liked the room, we were expecting less quality but overall we enjoyed the stay. We booked our room with breakfast but when we got there it was said that they couldn’t give that service. We payed for it so we got to an agreement for them to pay us our breakfast that we took outside of the hotel.
