There was a distinct smell throughout the whole building, hallways , my room. Clean enough, but they need to renovate the bathrooms unfortunately.

Breakfast wasnt included but i paid for it as it was a good variety and it had a good selection of gluten free products which is important to me as it is hard to find in italy the bar closed too early we would have liked a drink after a long day of sightseeing

Sheets were harsh photo attached. Pillows not the best comfort. Too thin.

The room was big and clean, the bed was very large and confortable. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed as well. There is definitely no soundproof for the walls, the neighbours were very noisy and we could not sleep at times. The check in was later than shown on Booking but the check out was exactly at 11:00 am, reception called us to leave as we were literally checking the room before leaving.

The personal was kind and helpful, and the room was clean too! I needed a taxi to the airport, they helped and made a reservation for a taxi to the airport in the morning. Unfortunately, the bathroom from my room was really outdated.. It wouldn't be a problem if it wouldn't show it through mould on the bathroom tiles.. As soon as I put my hand on the tap from the sink, it just broke down, but I announced it at the reception, and they sent someone to repair it immediately, so it's okay!

We arrived by car and it was realy easy to find a free parking place near by the hotel. We didn't use a hotel parking that costs 18 Euro per day. The double bed was very large. This hotel is a 3 star level and definatly not four. Very old, a lot of things in the room are out of use and broken (a closet doors for example and noisy air conditioner). We put a "don't disturb" on a door outside but our room was cleaned despite this. Very far from a tourist area.

Good for a short stay, especially if you don’t have many demands. The room was overall great and the bathroom well equipped. Nice and helpful staff. Not very close to the Metro. Didn’t like the bathtub. A/C not working. The curtains didn’t close very well.

The location was easy to get to the centre. Easy access to buses and the tube within walking distance. The area was quiet. One morning we could hear the TV noise from another room. Guess it was loud enough to hear it and we were quiet in the morning. Not too noisy to complain about.

Only the beds were comfortable the staff were very rude, location so bad and zero safety The ac is very bad we couldn’t sleep from how hot it was
