J24 Hotel Milano

We got a free upgrade and the rooms were clean Many items are not included or provided in the rooms. Examples: kettle, tissue, cups, free water bottles, iron, etc.

It wasnt as clean as i expected from a 4 star hotel, like it has a bed that is too dusty like 2 sec and my phone was entirely covered in white dust

Ogni volta che vado a Milano alloggio sempre in questo hotel, lo staff sempre gentile e mi sono sempre trovata bene!

Good location, close to metro and supermarket. No coffee/ tea in the room. Junior suit meant another double in the room rather than a sofa. No cabinets for clothes, only a fully open mental shelf unit with some hangers. More of a hostel feeling. This is not what you expect from a hotel.

Temiz, çalışanlar yardımcı, lokasyon iyi sayılabilecek, odalar geniş , çevre sakin bir yer. Çok büyük bir AMA sı var onu da aşağıda bulabilirsiniz Klima inanılmaz sesli çalışıyor ve bazen uyumamıza engel olabiliyor. Bazı geceler uyuşmadık sesten dolayı ama kapatmak istediğimizde bu sefer sıcak oluyor. Kendimiz açıpta kapatamıyoruz resepsiyonu arayıp açıp kapatabiliyorsunuz(garip). Bir gece saat 02:30 kendi kendine kapandı ve bir süre açılmadı. Uykunun yarısında resepsiyona inip tekrardan açılmasını sağladılar. Yukardaki yorumlar size daha iyi geldiyse kalınabilir..

Good hotel!

After checking there were two issues: the bed was not good, way too soft and felt like it was old and over used. The window wouldn’t seal properly, so you could hear the main road. Asked to change rooms, said they were booked and couldn’t change rooms, asked then to please get a refund as we we left within 5 minutes and they refused to refund. Reason was that we had already checked in. These were things we couldn’t have known before checking in. Completely unreasonable and unaccountable.

The stay itself was good, but the reception experience felt cold and not very welcoming. I arrived around 9:30 AM and understood that the official check-in time was 2:00 PM. That is completely understandable. However, while waiting, I noticed that many rooms had already been checked out. Around 11:00–11:30 AM, I politely asked again if there was any possibility of an earlier check-in. Unfortunately, the response felt careless and unwelcoming, simply saying “one hour” without much interest in helping or explaining. I believe a more customer-friendly approach would have been something like: “Sir, our official check-in time is 2:00 PM, but if rooms become available earlier after checkout and preparation, we will do our best to support an earlier check-in.” Sometimes it is not only about the policy, but also about how guests are welcomed and communicated with.

The positive aspect was that we were allowed a late check-out until 1:00 PM. One recommendation would be to add a carpet or rug in the room, as the floor tiles are very cold and you have to keep your shoes or slippers on all the time.

A/C issues very hot, and no slippers, kettle is not clean.

Location only We are honeymooners and we said more than one time every morning and night that the AC is not good and they did nothing

Didn't like that we had to go to separate room, floor for the ironing. (Travelled for business) Mattress was quite soft and it wasn't confortable to sleep in such.

Our stay at J24 Hotel Milano in Italy was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the girl at the reception was very kind and helped me with the request I had. The guy from Sri Lanka working at the bar was also extremely friendly, as well as his colleague. Special thanks as well to the staff member working the night shift on the day of our departure, who kindly called a taxi for us. I would also like to mention the housekeeping staff, who cleaned our room every day with great professionalism the room was always in perfect condition. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, with the metro nearby, and at the same time it was quiet and peaceful. Thanks to the entire team, our stay was even more enjoyable, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Milan in the future.
