The hotel is nice and clean with a cozy bed and nice AC. Would recommend for a few nights staying. Maybe its to pricy, but everything in Milan is.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with electricity in my room and they immediately checked it up and changed my room to a better one. Also a great facility that they offered was the possibility to bring your luggage early before your check-in time and leave it there before your check-out until your flight, which was quite important for me because i wanted to visit the city in the meantime and not carry my luggage around or try to find a locker in the crowded city. Thank you for everything! I think the only minus is that the doors don’t isolate the noise from the hallway very well. I could hear everything. So if you are quite sensitive at noises at night, then is it best to use some earplugs (good news is that the hotel provides you one pairs of earplugs).

Perhaps location and luggage service during the day you leave. It was a 0.5 floor room with very low ceiling and extreme heat even after 11pm in summer. The room isn't a typical hotel room because it's at 0.5 floor behind the room of a shelf for the wifi equipments, the ceiling is too low, the toilet has smell if you never use it but open the door for just a bit, the window is too small like what usually a semi-basement has, and the crazy AC and ventilation system didn't work well at all. Then when I lied on the bed to sleep, the heat was annoying but they refused to change the room and offered only a portable fan instead. In the end, I struggled to sleep around 2am and woke up before 7am to return the fan. I've studied and travelled in many cities in Europe, and I have to say that this is an incredibly bad experience potentially mixed with discrimination. I don't recommend to single travellers if unfortunately you are assigned to this room.

Breakfast less variety but good enough to fill up our stomach. Parking is easy, staff is responsive and helpful. There is a supermarket close by the hotel, like 5 min. Walking to train station also close by with 5 min walk. Train to Milan city around 10 min. Also, spacious room and toilet. During my last day, I requested early breakfast at 6.30 am and they are very nice to accommodate us. Thumbs up! Since my time hit by heatwave, the small aircon is insufficient for the room. Feel warm during sleeping.
