Very good

The breakfast was authentic and freshly prepared in front of guests, which added a personal touch to the experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. There was also a small shared kitchen available for guests, with tea and coffee facilities, books to read, and a communal refrigerator, which was very convenient. the property felt a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation. In addition, there were no omelet options available at breakfast.

Conveniently located near the metro and not too far from the main train station. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A cute group of rooms in an apartment building with nice, cosy breakfast area. The owners also helped with our laundry and preparing a takeaway breakfast when we had an early departure. Rooms are a bit small and beds were not the most comfy, but for the cost it was great value.

Perfect for a short stay. The host is very kind and the flat is very cozy, warm and inviting. The beds are on the hard side, not the most comfortable, but decent. The sockets are plenty on both sides of the bed. The best thing is the hall where you can get cold filtered water and make an espresso. Also, breakfast in the morning in the common room was great. The check-in process was easy (digital key) and instructions clear. Would come back!

The stay was wonderful. I loved the tasty breakfast, the location, the very cosy rooms, and the breakfast room. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and pretty. I would have preferred a wider bed.

Nice property, good location, very accommodating and welcoming host who was very engaging and helpful. Staff kindly arranged to leave breakfast for us as we wouldn’t have made the usual breakfast towns. Single beds were a little uncomfortable, but only a little.

This was a perfect experience. While it may seem a bit outside the heart of Milan, it's very accessible from 2 Metro lines. Further, the restaurant across the street, 91 Pizza, is extremely affordable, offers more than pizza and very welcoming. First, our B&B host, a former corporate attorney, was highly responsive and engaging. Her assistant, Carmelia, was equally helpful. The updated residence is very clean, quiet and well appointed. It has a combination of antiques and contemporary art. The abundant breakfast included eggs made to order, fruit, meats, cheese, breads, muffins, yogurt,etc. The host offers many suggestions regarding what is available to do and what appeals to you. We highly recommend this lovely residence! Free Parking could be a challenge but is doable.

We liked the lift!! So glad we didn’t have to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was delicious and typical Italian - with meat, cheese, salad, egg, tea & coffee. Having access to communal fridge and tea/coffee/water was excellent. Conveniently located near two metro stations. Nothing - we had a great stay
