Hotel Zara Milano

Location is great. 2 minutes to the metro.

Clean room and a nice breakfast. The staff is helpful and nice

The wifi is quite alright. The thing I did not like was the price, I paid 170 euros for one night in a single room with a single bed. I understand the dates were too close to the winter Olympics, but the standard of the room and hotel was not a 170 euros a night in a single room outside the city center. If this hotel would have costed 70 euros, it would have been a 10/10, but in this prize category it does not deserve the punctuation it has in Booking, by far. Neither the size of the room, the furniture, the level of noise, the decoration are at that level. Assuming this was a winter Olympic price, then my opinion may not be relevant.

Great location, hot showers, nice staff, great little breakfast with coffee, so close to the metro. My shower leaked a little bit but I think that happens a lot in European hotels. No worries as I had my room cleaned between days.

Location to Metro. With limited AC needed to keep window open resulting in some street noise at times.

Very thin walls, but we slept very well and didn't spend too much time in the room.

Great location - a 2-minute walk to the Zara metro station with a tram running nearby. Very convenient for reaching any part of the city in 15-20 minutes. Tidy rooms and good service. Friendly personnel. I've arrived a couple of hours earlier than agreed in the booking, but the personnel instantly gave me a room. Very nice breakfasts. Easy to find with their "HZ" sign. I'm super satisfied.

The staff is super friendly, and the room has a good size. The hotel is very close to the central station and is within a 3-minute walk from a metro station (Zara). The breakfast is also very good, I'll return here for sure. N/A

Large, clean rooms close to the metro station (lines 3 and 5). Splendid breakfast and private parking. My first impression when booking the hotel was that it would be closer to the Duomo than it actually was. However, the excellent public transportation network made it feel as if it would have been right downtown. Excellent hotel for vacationing and job gigs that do not require you to work much from the hotel. Very friendly service staff with a ”can do” attitude. Would stay here again. The hotel had no restaurant of it’s own meaning that the day needed to be planned in a way that the last stop on the way back to the hotel would be either dinner or at least a late night snack.

Good location, close to metro. Room was nice (especially the shower, loved it). Lack of butter during breakfast. Not a big minus, but would’ve been nice to have. :D

The receptionist was very welcoming when I first arrived. It was also close to the metro. I didn't like the service, especially the food service, which discriminated against us. The price was high and there was no suitable room. The water smelled bad. The noise from the road was terrible.

The reception staff when I arrived was extremely helpful and friendly. There's no bar or restaurant in the hotel. There are a few places walkable to eat.
