The hotel is very good the staff were excellent, location perfect for the main station and local tram routes. The Aircon was not too good even when set to the lowest temperature it never fell to that temperature. We also had issues with the key for the electric in the room.

Across the train station, very quiet, very clean, excellent service, nice breakfast, very very good coffee, delicious fresh juices every morning, kind staff, very big bed. Shops and restaurants nearby. Metro, taxi right outside the door. Decor and furnishings in the room are outdated. The lobby and dining room are pleasant.

The hotel was situated just opposite the train station in a nice residential area and next to the metro, which was convenient for us. It had an old fashioned air about it, which we liked. As requested, our room was on the top floor and to our surprise had a terrace overlooking the beautiful train station building. Our room was comfortable and had a fridge and kettle jug, which were useful. A breakfast buffet was served in a tastefully furnished dining room filled with natural light on the ground floor. There was a good choice which included fruit, yoghurt, eggs, ham and cheese and a good variety of sweet pastries. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here. Nothing

Amazing location- 1 minute from the bus stop to and from Bergamo airport, the train station and where our Lake Como tour collected is from. Did not expect the room to be cleaned daily as well as clean towel change. Excellent service Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff Nothing. It all exceeded our expectations. Thank you

We loved the 12:00 PM check-out! The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and fully equipped. Very close to the train station! The room was old-fashioned, with carpets. The TV was old, too.
