One of the male front desk reps was not real nice. And the restaurant hi highly recommended to us was terrible.

Its a very dated run down hotel -- I do not expect plastic cups in a 4 star hotel -- no coffee available in the room or the lobby -- I would not stay here

The Bfast costs 15 Euros per person, but you don't really find that out until after you eat it. There is a price list next to the lunch/dinner, but not bfast, so you don't know until too late.

The parking fee was higher than desired. The temperature of the room upon arrival was very high and we were unable to effectively decrease it. Free breakfast was included, but not free packaged breakfast for those checking out early.

The hotel class is listed as 4 star but for my standards is more like a 3 star because of quality of beds which are small. Room size is ok and they did offer free water in room. Shower is hand held hose in a jacuzzi which didn't make sense to me.
