Beautiful hotel great location Nothing it was very nice

The only positives I found about this hotel are its excellent location (next to the train station, just a 5-minute walk) and its polite staff. Since I stayed at Starhotels E.c.ho on the day I arrived in Milan and at Starhotels Anderson the day before I left, the difference between the two hotels was quite significant, which explains the price gap. E.c.ho is clearly the better hotel, even though it is just one street away. 1.Bathroom – Just alright. The mirror faces directly towards the toilet bowl, so the dirt around the toilet bowl rim is reflected in the mirror. Quite unpleasant. The bathtub also looks old and worn. I doubt many guests would actually use it. 2. Bedroom – Clean but quite cramped. They placed a table and two chairs right in front of the bed. I’m fine with it, but it makes the room feel much smaller. 3. Overall room – The room feels dated and is due for renovation. The mattress sags noticeably in the middle—you can both see and feel it. I could hear some noise from the underground train when sleeping on one side of the bed, but it was bearable. On the positive side, the soundproofing is good. Even though my room faces the train station directly, I couldn’t hear any noise from outside.

Stuff seems nice and helpful. We had a few min chat only. We didn’t stay at the property. When they saw our 10 month old baby, they tried to charge 170$ extra, which is insane. Apparently its their ‘policy’ to move family with baby to a 2 bed room even if they dont need it. We never heard such rule. But they were polite enough to waive the cancelation fee after we told them we dont want to pay 170$ extra on top of 400$ for a bed that nobody is going to sleep on. We went to the nearby HD8 hotel which was awesome, less expensive and no charge for the infant, as expected.

飯店地點非常的好就在米蘭中央火車站旁，走路就可以到達，到地鐵捷運站也是走路就可以到。 飯店check in處雖在地面的下一層，但通知飯店的服務人員會幫忙搬行李。對於Mr.Mauta(?)先生及幫我們搬行李到火車站的先生的服務很是感謝。 房間布置很現代化，設備齊全，乾淨。住宿起來很舒適，冷氣也夠強，而且Bar檯可以提供免費的冰塊，這對大熱天的我們幫助很大。 我們住宿的房間所在位置可能稍微的靠近地鐵捷運還是火車站，有火車經過時會有些震動及吵雜，但我和我太太並不是很敏感的人，所以對我們而言並不是大礙。

قربها من سيتي سنتر ومحطة المترو والباصات والقطارات، نظافة الفندق وتعاون الموظفين. لا توجد مواقف للسيارات ومن الصعب الحصول عليها!

Location was great. Room is small but comfortable and clean. It was nice and cool coming in from a hot day. Shower and bath worked well. Staff were helpful.

Very easy to find from the train station; prompt help with luggage. Courteous and helpful desk clerk. Beautiful decor. Breakfast was expensive and crowded tthe morning I used it. Scrmbled eggs were runny and the turkey tasted off. The room did not cool down - so sleeping was difficult.

The location was great, as it was right across road from Milan Central Train Station.

Close to train station, nice clean hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Beds were a large double .. queen size Some maintenance in breakfast area so that was not available but able to get coffee and chocolate croissant so that was a plus.

We only had one night at the property before we went skiing in Cervinia. The hotel location is handy for a wander around the town and is right near the train station and the drop off point for the airport bus. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed for a night's stay. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book it but it is offered if you need it.

The location Breakfast was overpriced and understaffed.
