The location is excellent, just opposite the train station and only a short walk away. The room has a modern design. As I have trouble sleeping, I really appreciated that the room allocated to me was quiet, and I managed to get a good night’s sleep. I was initially charged for a Coca-Cola that I did not consume. However, after I returned to the hotel and informed the staff, they promptly corrected the mistake and refunded the charge. I was satisfied with how they handled the issue. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary bottled water daily. During my two-night stay, it was only provided on the first day, so I ended up buying bottled water from a nearby supermarket.

Convenient location steps from the central train station along with the metro. Kind and helpful staff. Elaborate breakfast buffet. Lovely bathroom with quality toiletries, Our room was small, although that’s not unusual for a big city hotel.

I liked how spacious the room was. I also liked the staff courtesy and the dark hallways.

Very modern and clean. Friendly and efficient staff; great breakfast; easy walk to stazione Centrale; low cost restaurants close by Bathtub a bit high to get in and out of for showers. In mostly commercial area.

Lovely comfortable room. Staff was great. Room was small but very functional and comfortable. Shower is tight for larger people.

Bellboy I insisted on carry our luggauges and asked for tips. Even we already said we don't need help with luggage

Very nice, clean, new hotel, next to the Milan Central Station. From the hotel to Duomo & City center, a 15-minute walk or a short Tram ride can do the job. Perfect location!

The location of the hotel is great, and the staff's attitude is very good! However, I hope that the following points can be addressed with honesty and respect for the customers. e room I booked is 27 square meters and fully paid in advance! However, when I checked in, the receptionist kept telling me that because the hotel was fully booked, he had upgraded me to a room with a small living room. We were grateful but insisted that we needed a room with a bathtub. When we happily arrived at the room, there was no bathtub, so we immediately requested a room change! I returned to the front desk and told him that I needed a room with a bathtub, and I was very firm about it. The gentleman told me, "Is a shower not okay? I’ve already upgraded you!" (His so-called upgrade was smaller than the room I originally booked with a bathtub.) I was unhappy and showed him my booking information! I booked a 27-square-meter room with a bathtub, and I had already paid; why should full booking affect me? I occupied the front desk for 10 minutes while he kept telling me it was fully booked! But I was persistent! Eventually, a lady took over, and I showed her my booking! She said, "Yes, you booked a 27-square-meter room," and then I stood there for another 15 minutes before she finally said there was a room available, after which I waited another 15 minutes for them to check everything! The whole process wasted me nearly 45 minutes! At checkout, I was asked to pay the city tax, which is reasonable, but there was an additional charge of 22%! I confirmed with the front desk what this charge was for, and I said I didn't use the minibar or room service. The front desk told me that was a tip for all the hotel staff! First of all, we already gave tips when the hotel staff brought our luggage, so charging again is inappropriate, but it should be respectful of the guests, as tourists should decide how much to give! It’s not that you printed the bill and when the customer questioned it, the front desk said, "You can refuse to give a tip, and I will remove it right now." How do you expect customers to respond?

Fantastic location directly opposite Centrale train station. It was a great base for our 3 day stay in Milan. The hotel was modern, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was exceptional. They even left Easter gifts for my son each day. Good wifi - no issues, comfortable beds. I would definetely stay here again. Nothing - it was great.
