Perfect location - near main sights, but tucked away so it was quiet, beautiful breakfast room and outstanding breakfast, fantastic air conditioning, complimentary cocktail each night, waters available.

The hotel was so very charming. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, that we were comfortable from the time we arrived. The lobby is plush, large and well appointed. There are drinks (water & juice) with fresh fruit as guests need. The room we had was so large and comfortable, it was a true pleasure to come back to after touring in the heat. The staff restocked the refrigerator each day with complimentary drinks, and the welcome chocolate was just divine! Breakfast was provided and well balanced, sweet and savory, in addition to yogurt and fruit. This was nice and not overwhelming. The location is great. Although we arrived by train to the Central station, it was not a long or costly ride. The hotel is only a couple of blocks (5 min) walk to Il Duomo, slightly further to La Scala and about 20 minutes to the Last Supper. Nothing

Awesome location, close to everything - a delightful hotel with history and Italian charm. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There were complimentary aperitivo drinks in the foyer, complimentary chocolate in the room, and the breakfast had a huge selection of delicious options, plus the room it was served in was gorgeous. For such a central spot, its tucked away in a quiet little corner. There was nothing not to like

Excellent location, clean and large breakfast It is fairly basic accommodation

The location was fantastic, close enough to everything but far away enough that you didn't hear any of the street noise. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful with all of our questions. We also loved just sitting at the lobby with a glass of prosecco or after a long day of walking. It was very welcoming and I would definitely return! I don't think there is anything I didn't like. Everything was wonderful.

Exceptional

The hotel is located in a very good part of Milan close to all of the Duomo and other attractions. The staff was very helpful. Every evening they organised "drinks" and "nibbles" at their cost. Congratulations, what a great idea. Excellent breakfast. There was nothing to fault the hotel, the friendly staff and the overall atmosphere.

The staff were amazingly helpful. Service was quick and outstanding. The provision of an outstanding breakfast, nightly free 1st glass of prosecco with chips, free water and cokes daily in room refrigerator was a big help. Their recommendation for a car to take us to Malpensa Airport was a great value and helped make our travel far more comfortable than any other alternative. Nothing. This is an outstanding gem of a hotel.

The property was located in the center of town, very convienent location. The staff was warm and welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect.
