Great location, friendly staff Expensive for what it is.

Staff on the front desk (Peyman) was very friendly and informative.

Good location only 5 minutes to Duomo and shopping and eateries. Pleasant decor and amazing breakfast with friendly helpful staff. Our room was adjacent to the stairway to the restaurant, which was open until 11. That meant a lot of noise including wait staff rolling a loud cart from the elevator, and guests coming and going loudly right at our door. That made it difficult to relax and sleep. We would have liked a quieter room.

Very kind staff and cleanliness

The location could not be better not too far but not too close to the crow and loud noise. The staff A plus, Princess and Peyman were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The both were a delight. Furniture in rooms could be improved.

Always a lovely stay at Santa Maya Suites (our 3rd visit). Convenient to the Duomo area of town, many museums, La Scala, and more restaurants and cafes than anyone could ask for, yet situated in a small alley that provides quiet nights. Staff is always friendly and attentive, and happily arranged both restaurant reservations and taxi pickup. Nothing to dislike.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Suite was large. shower drain in Suite 1 was slow. Otherwise we LOVED the room.

Historic charm, convenient location and neighborhood, friendly and helpful desk staff. The marble bathroom was very nice, with toiletries. The room was spacious, and made up for two beds, as requested. There were plenty of nice towels, and bathrobes. The room was hot, and we were told the heat had not been turned off all over the city of Milan yet, so there was no way to adjust the temperature. We opened the windows a little. There were no darkening curtains at the windows. There was a lot of noise from the rooftop terrace bar above, and from a room above. Housekeeping made the beds and brought toiletries, but for some reason did not vacuum or empty the bathroom trash.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to public transportation, attractions, dining, literally everything you want to do. The hotel is stunning and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Our suite was spacious and well-appointed, and the included breakfast was made to order and delicious. And don’t miss the rooftop view! Stunning! Can’t say enough good things about the hotel! This is so minor I hate to mention it, but the soap and shampoo could be a little better quality.

Fantastic location, great old style city hotel. Exactly what we were looking for a night in the centre of Milan.

Comfortable, convenient, 24hr service, with elevator, in a beautiful old building in a great location - short walk to Duomo, Galleria, Palazzo Reale, La Scala, cafes, restaurants, etc. Nothing.

Everything! It was the perfect manifestation of warm hospitality and everything I require when I’m working - good food, quiet, coffee in the room, and a very strong WiFi for video meetings. I’ll be back, guaranteed. I had a regular room, so my window did not have a view. However the ‘pro’ to that was that I could open it on to the small courtyard and receive fresh air. The suites look out onto the quaint little street of Via Santa Marta. But it was just me, so the smaller room was all I needed.

The staff was exceptional with giving us a guide to Milan. Delayed check in.

Our visit was greatly enhanced by the kind attention given to us by Peymon. He did everything he could to help us enjoy our visit. One cannot control the temperature in one’s room. If someone requests heat then all rooms get heat. Consequently, we had a very hard time sleeping because it was so hot in our room and we couldn’t do anything about it.

It was very old hotel and the furnture was very bad

Excellent staff and customer service. Great location - close to Duomo. Clean, large well decorated suite. Good value.
