Lovely breakfast, kind staff, clean room.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7/10-minute walk from the metro station and only four stops from Milan Duomo. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and served on the restaurant’s beautiful terrace, which made for a great start to the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help us with a late check-out request. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. We didn’t know about the city tax. Should be more specific on booking

The rooms are not comfortable. Very small and the light is faded. It just doesn't feel welcomy. The breakfast also is weak. Some eggs and extremely salty bacon. Not an Italian breakfast at all. Did not worth it. Will never comeback

No place to hang towels in the bathroom, and no place to place toiletries inside the shower.

24 hour desk clerk since we had an 11 PM arrival due to another transport strike. Breakfast and staff were great. Room was very clean. Loved the small balcony, Room was a bit cramped. Very little space other than the bed to unpack/pack. Not much place to store clothes.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The room had small balcony, the window was facing the backyard. We could have open windows instead of using AC. Shopping is within one subway stop from the hotel If I opened the window, I would face garbage cans right underneath of my window. There is no tea/ coffee pots in the room. You should ask the staff to give you a pot with the hot water and bring it to the floor/room you live in. So you carry a tray full of hot liquids and cups through the building. The street leading from the nearest subway the hotel looked pretty scarry in the evening. Very limited selection of food place near the hotel

The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast had enough variety and quality food. The hygiene level is high, cleaned frequently. The bed was comfortable. The unit had enough space. There are complementary drinks in the room. There is no trash can in the room. It would be good if the breakfast offered a more varied drink selection, but it still had multiple choices.

The room has a nice view to green yard. Family friendly hotel, kids younger than 5 years are not charged.

The rooms were outdated. Compared to how much we paid we were expecting some decent service. We forgot the room key on the door. And the key disappeared. After discussion with reception they said we need to pay 100 EUR because we lost the key. Somehow after 20 min the key came back on top of a hydrant in front of the room. What were they thinking I dont know but it doesnt feel safe at all.

The breakfast was very good. The were cleaning the room every day during our stay. Location was great, close to two metro stations, 5 mins on foot. All staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit old with paint fading off.

Very welcoming and caring staff. OK breakfast. Located close to tube stations. We could not call staff on arrival day due to a disruption in their internet service (subsequently sorted out). There was no public transportation nor taxis on that evening (Christmas) - we could have used some extra assistance, e.g. book a taxi.
