Hotel Acapulco

Good

We were there for just a night as we had to catch a train next morning. The price was good for the hotel. It was nothing fancy and rather very basic but in that price it was quite decent. The Ac was initially not able to cool the room much but in 40-45 mins it was already okay. Well connected to central station with bus / Metro line. The AC took longer to work.

We had an amazing the stay, mainly thanks to the hospitable owners! We forgot something when leaving the hotel, but Anna was so kind and helpful, and shipped it to us. We can only recommend staying here if you want to explore Milan, as it is in walkable distance from the centre.

Fantastic location. Close to buses, metro. Close to Duomo, all transport links to airports. Beautiful, cool, tree-lined street. Gorgeous old building, but fully modern inside. Welcoming hospitable manager. Large room. Comfortable bed. large wardrobe, writing desk. Bathroom spotless. I willdefinitely stay heee again

I wanna mention that the lady at the reception is super nice. We used a lot of Google translate, but she's awesome. Definitely come back here at our next visit!

Exceptional

1.Great location and well connected - BUS stop for Milano Centrale (number 81) is few minutes away; Metro is close and with it connection with all must see places and attractions 2. The lady at the reception was efficient and professional, allowed us to leave our suitcases and luggage in hotel long after check-out so we could continue touring the city (without any extra charge) 3. Clean room and fresh towels 4. Value for money It's a one star older hotel and don't expect luxury. If looking for modern hotel and luxury, don't book it. We stayed for 2 nights and it was totally acceptable. We had our prejudice about hotel but its simple an efficient.

Passable

I do not recommend. The hotel smells smoke all time (cigarettes); the family that owns the hotel live there and keep talking out loud after hours (one of them keep playing games and shouting) and we got really scared because we don’t know what they are talking (Italian) and the family doesn’t talk English at all. Really bad experience.

Big room and nice bathroom Bit of noise from staff in the evening, you could clearly hear them talking at night, but luckily we had earplugs that helped a bit. Bed was pretty hard and pillows a bit stiff

A very simple but pleasant hotel. Not far from Milano Centrale (20 minutes on foot).At the same time, it is very quiet and safe here. t's a very green street. The most charming lady at the reception. I arrived very early.But I was given the keys to the room right away. It was just great. It was raining outside, and I was very tired after the overnight flight. There was no hair dryer. But it's only one star. Thanks
