It was an incredibly beautiful guest house — very clean, with lovely Italian-style décor and all the necessary amenities. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which added to the wonderful atmosphere and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly loved my experience and would happily stay here again.

This a wonderful and charming place to stay. The host Sandro was extremely accommodating, helpful, and kind. His breakfast was the best we had in Italy during our entire 2 week trip. The location is not the best for access to cultural sites.

The property is as described, but the host, Sandro, makes it worthwhile. He makes an outstanding cappuccino! The guesthouse is on the 5th floor in a lovingly renovated and updated suite of rooms. I walked to the subway station about a mile away or took a taxi.

Our host was very nice and we felt welcome right away. The beeakfast was nice and served to our room. Nearest metro station and garage are couple of minutes’ walk away and the neighbourhood seems to be peaceful.

Everything was as the reviews had promised. Sandro is an exceptional host. He has thought of everything to make your stay a joy. The room has an iron a mirror to check your makeup, etc.. there is a kettle, water and tea, he offers a coffee and water on arrival.and departure. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, hanging space and a window with a view.
