A comfortable room after a long journey

The room was very small and completely different from what was shown in the photos. The receptionist was a young man who was very rude and unhelpful. Although I had booked a different room, he gave me a much smaller and worse room, and I felt that this was done intentionally. He was not cooperative when I raised the issue. The air conditioning was also not working properly; it was only barely acceptable. The worst part was the receptionist’s rude and unprofessional behavior. He was like discriminating people. I also felt that he deliberately manipulated the room allocation by giving me a much smaller and worse room as it was not with all facilities shown in the photos. Bed, furniture and all other things were very poor and worst conditions

The air conditioning worked. Shower had good water pressure. Place was clean. Sketchy part of town, across the street from a very sketchy park. I guess the element of danger and smell of urine add to the adventure.

Staff were friendly, room cleaned daily. Short walk (15 mins) to the underground. The area was a bit sketchy, I’d be wary if I was a solo traveler.
