Sant'Ambrogio Apartments

It was new and had all the amenities you would need for a longer stay. The sink in the bathroom must have a small leak. Water kept getting on the shelf below.

It was clean and the location was great Feel like the apartment we had was in the middle of still being renovated. Bathroom wasn’t completely finished but we were able to still use the shower and other amenities. Looked like it was missing all the tile work in the shower and bottom half of the walls. Also, there was still work being done on other apartments because you could hear the sawing and hammering in other units starting at 0700. Was told that I could park my car on the ramp for free of the adjoining hotel (they handle the apartment rentals). However, when I asked about it in person a few times was told that I could not and had to pay the €35 per night fee for them to park my car in a garage at a different location. But other vehicles were able to park there overnight! Still don’t understand that part!!

Very spacious, modern, clean and great location All good

We stayed in the Durini apartment, which had recently been refurbished to the highest spec. It was immaculate and had everything you needed from hairdryer, exquisite toiletries to a fantastic kitchen with dishwasher! The apartment has a metro station right outside. We were 16 minutes direct from the apartment to Linate airport. The hotel next door ‘Milano Pierre’ issue you with the keys to the apartments. They also kept our luggage on the day we checked out until it was time to go to the airport. From the apartment you are 10-15 minutes walk one way to the centre and 10-15 minutes walk the other way to the canal where all the fantastic bars and restaurants are. I could not fault this apartment (Durini) in any way in terms of location and standards. We will definitely return. Loved the apartment. Faultless.

A perfect holiday in Milano! :-)

Nice and clean modern apartments we stayed in. Well-equipped amenities. Good location as well, quite central and within a walking distance of metro stations.

I stayed in the apartments for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious with a nice view from the window. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was warm. I also appreciated the coffee machine, kettle, and the stylish interior, which made the space feel cozy. There were a couple of things that I think should be addressed. First, water from the shower spilled onto the floor, and I had to use a towel to dry it up. Second, I understand that these are serviced apartments, but it would be great if someone checked the room at least once a day to refill coffee capsules and replace used towels.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The apartments were big and spacious. The location was great a short walk from the shopping street and the city center. Our room faced the street where constructions were ongoing. The noice cancellations in the rooms were not great and you could hear a lot of noises throughout the night and when the construction started in the early morning.

Some construction going on in front of the building made it not very safe for two girls alone. Check-in check-out was in another hotel nearby which is not very convenient as we didn’t know initially

Beautiful apartment! Has everything you need to stay for 2-3 days. Friendly staff at the reception of the hotel to which the apartment belongs. I plan to stay here next time I come to Milan. Thank you! there was no such thing

Stayed for one night, Great location, you can reach city center by walking, appartament is clean, quite big, cozy and modern, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, kitchen has all you need for cooking. Staff always help you if you have any questions.

Location was great near the metro and close to restaurants, short walk to shops and Duomo at the time of our stay there was some construction occurring but it did not effect us as we were gone most days

We booked this apartment because it stated on the booking.com site that it was a self contained apartment with a washing machine and kitchen. There is no washing machine in the apartment. While the staff did do one load of washing free for us, we had to hang around waiting for it to be finished as we were out of clean clothes. They promised it would be done by 8am the following morning, it was finally finished just before 10 am. It was not delivered, our friend kindly waited in reception for it to be ready. There was a kitchen but no real kitchen utensils or pots to work with. There was also no hot water in the apartment. Our showers were tepid at best. They did sent someone to fix it but that didn't work.
