The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was good and with many options. - Not suitable for families with kids, as the rooms are not very big.

The construction at the street! In convenient , but not hotel fault.

The location is great We arrived late at night and we had to park the car about 7 mins walk from the hotel, we shared our concern with the receptionist and then he started to say stuff like “if you dont like it you can leave” or “im only talking to your man not you “, and he was extremely aggressive, he totally ruined our trip to Milan!! This is extremely unprofessional

The elevator is small and take too much time. single room is too small with high price!!

Comfy beds, super quiet, shower was great. Decent breakfast. Great view from the roof. Also their airport shuttle is almost the same price as a regular taxi definitely do it if you're in a group. The toilet was a bit temperamental

Loved the location and the facilities. Great breakfast! Don’t forget to check out the view from the rooftop. Loved everything about the hotel.

The showers are extremely small. This was our fourth hotel on the trip and by far the least comfortable shower.

No soundproofing...you can literally hear everything from the next room to the street. The uncomfortable spring mattress.

It was in the heart of the city The room was very out dated and the edge of bathrooms needs to be fixed. I have never seen a single bed so small as a sofa. I was very disappointed seeing the room.

Clean!!! Central!!! Good value and nice staff. That we did not stay the entire 3 nights. We had booked somewhere else and were planning to stay 3 nights but after many issues during that 1 night...We knew we had to leave and around the corner was hotel Ariston. Yay.

Location was great and everything was very clean and in good condition. Room with balcony was great and breakfast was nice too. Breakfast area was too small and got too full.
