friendly, central , quiet basic room quite small, a touch too expensive

The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. The continental breakfast was 15€ not a big spread but enough to fill you up. The hotel was within walking distance from the Milano Cathedral and Cardona train station. But at the time we visited there were too many road constructions but it was quiet enough that it didn’t bother our afternoon naps.

It was at a really good location and the facilities were really clean. It was a bit cold. Also some of the staff was a bit irritated when we tried asking questions.

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is most friendly and attentive. Split my stay into two 5-day segments separated by 10 days. I asked for and was assigned a very quiet room (despite construction outside). The hotel kindly stored some of my luggage during the 10-day interval which was very helpful. When checking back in for my second 5-day stay, the staff had already put the stored luggage in the room. That is attentive service. Hotel location is excellent. The tourist attractions (Duomo, etc.) are within walking distance, but the hotel is right near quiet fashionable residential areas with many eateries and cafes where locals hang out. Laundry service (which is outsourced) quality could be improved.

It was very clean and all the staff was nice and friendly. The room was also ready earlier and we could take it. We also received some advice about different things in the city. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. Would definitely recommend. We could not open our windows, due to double window security. But we also didn’t ask anyone, so it is not a problem. The good thing from this was, that it was really quiet inside, despite the repair work outside.

Very good location, 5 minute walk to Duomo. Also a short walk to a Metro line. Also 10 mintes away from Navigli. Although there were tea options in the room, English breakfast tea wasnt available.

Very central location just 10 minutes walk from the duomo. It’s Good breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. I felt very welcomed in this hotel.
