I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the place was throughout my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was also great, making it convenient and enjoyable to get around. On top of that, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable, especially during the warmer hours.

The room showed significant signs of wear and tear. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room, despite it costing 160 euros per night. There was no coffee machine in the property. The staff were unhelpful and didn't respond to phone calls or WhatsApp messages.

It's in the center of the city, and very convenient. You can walk to the Duomo (or take the tram). Communication with the staff was also good. The hot water stopped coming out mid-shower and just water came out.
