Proximity to Milano Centrale, the view on the train station, the breakfast. Although the room has a new design the mattresses were either old or defective with deep “tectonic” low spot on the side, making sleep and overall confort bad. If you have same issue do not hesitate to call reception as they mentioned to me that they would have changed the mattresses if pointed out. There’s no key or card to enter the room just a long code you will have to enter each time you access the room. Pizza Bar Restaurants next to it is a turist trap with inflated prices and not much to offer.

Room should not be 29. Not acceptable. Spike multiple times to staff $230 per night. Fix the air conditioning or don’t charge $230 + 7 per night Milan tax. Wrongggggggggg

Location of the hotel next to Milan train station is exceptional. Sarah and the gentlemen were very helpful to us. They allowed us to leave our luggage there on a separate stop in Milan which we appreciated immensely. Also gave us a good referral where to eat. Nothing that I can think of.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Sara at reception provided us with extra pillows and kettle on request and has a great attitude. The location is very near the central train station. Property is old and my room has a whole in the wall. The walls are thin and we could hear conversations in the corridor clearly.
