Breakfast was really good

The rooms are great and the overall service was good. Since i was there during an Expo the breakfast room was crowded and the staff was a little overwhelmed but all in all the options were good. The location isn't really anywhere central but manageable. Nothing really, apart from the location. The hotel is ok for the purpose. It's not a luxury location.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff and great facilities including an underground parking (10 EUR per night), a swimming pool, a gym, and more. Nice view at the city from the top floor. The hotel is located in a tower (14 floors) next to a few similarly-looking towers. Unfortunately, except the hotel tower, all the others seem to be abandoned and partially vandalized. There's a lot of broken glass lying around, and the whole area looks quite unfriendly, especially in the dark.

Excellent rooms and facilities. Accommodating staff Middle of nowhere… very far from city centre. I thought it was close to the MiCo Milano Conference centre, but it isn’t. It’s also quite far from the nearest metro, but they provide a shuttle hourly from the hotel

The swimming pool and the view from the pool The room was lovely outside area was lovely and perfect for summer and the shuttle bus to station was good and also the house keepers were great The times for facilities was not great Dinner starting at 7 and then we get downstairs for 7:45 and restaurant was closed very confused , bar opened at 5 and no bat staff to be seen

It's good value for money. Very quiet at night. Outside the city centre but they offer a free shuttle bus to the metro which we used each morning and evening. Offered a good breakfast. Gave us little Easter eggs on Easter Sunday. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great tea making facilities in the room also. The pool was very cold, there were no changing rooms. We only had 2 large towels for the two of us in our room. We could have done with 4. We had to use our towels for the pool as none were offered up there. There was no fresh water left each day in our room.

Despite being a bit outside the city center, this hotel is definitely worth its four stars. We didn’t use all the available amenities because we mainly needed a place to sleep, but overall we were very happy with our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s a shuttle service from the hotel, and the bar offers drinks at really reasonable prices. The surrounding area might not be the most charming, but public transport is about a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a shopping mall only 5 minutes away by car. One of the biggest pluses for us – the hotel is super dog-friendly! Pets stay here for free, which is amazing. I initially thought parking cost €20 per night, but it turned out to be only €10 – the parking is well-designed and we had no issues at all. The rooms are nice and clean, maybe a little update would be great (like bigger TVs or smart TVs), but for us, they were more than enough. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a beautiful city view – no complaints. Daily housekeeping was excellent, and the ladies were very kind. We even received a small Easter gift, which was a lovely touch. We didn’t try the restaurant since we ate out, but for accommodation, drinks, and the overall service – we definitely recommend it!

Location, smell of room , little and so bad smell in bathroom , they took a picture and make with photoshop for promoting that horrible hotel because too old building and the remove also 2 buildings empty.
