Loved it! Really easy to walk or metro everywhere and as a solo female traveler I did feel safe the whole time during my stay. Staff were exceptional and room was lovely and clean.

Close to the subway station Some of the staff members were difficult to talk to, not very friendly approaching the guest.

Well located and a fair price for rooms. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very good and substantial—not your traditional Italian breakfast of just a pastry and espresso. Bathroom is tight so you need to be careful. I banged my head on the sink when sitting on the toilet late at night.

Clean Very dated, requires a massive overhaul, safe not even attached to the wall, very small room with very little space to put anything.

The location is great for the Metro and for Linate airport, there are also nice bars, restaurants and shops in the area. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and are a credit to the hotel. The rooms are just a little tired, not good sound insulation so you can hear people in the corridor and next door. The aircon unit we had was so noisy and rattling we had to turn it off at night.

The design of the hotel was very interesting. Regarding the team it was difficult to say as some people were super nice and some not so nice. On the day of arrival we got an upgrade of the room for free that was pleasant. The breakfast was a bit average and it was sometimes noisy from the outside.

Our special request regarding the room was met, which made us very happy since we got the specific room we asked for. The staff was considerate and welcoming. During the breakfast we got a few croissants baked specifically for us, even though they were already absent by the time we got to the breakfast area. They serve lactose free barista coffee, which is very tasty. The location is amazing as it is only 1 minute from the metro station. The room was DIRTY. When we arrived, we found hair and pieces of dirt in the bathtub. We asked the staff to clean the bathtub but ended up cleaning it ourselves as there were still dried pieces of dirt. There was also A LOT of black mold in the corners and around the bathtub, which made it disgusting. The towels were stinking of vinegar. The bed sheets were not changed throughout our stay (I left a foundation mark on it by accident and it was there the next day as well). One day the cleaning staff collected the dirty towels and forgot to put fresh ones. Even though the breakfast was good and the staff did their best, the heating tray that held bacon and omelette was not working properly, so that the food was cold most of the time. We booked the room with a small balcony, so we expected to have chairs outside as was shown on booking. However, the balcony did not have any chairs and was fully covered with plants, so that it was impossible to step outside.

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Location for access to Central Station and metro Lima was great. Having heavy curtains in front of the A/C unit wasn’t ideal for summer. Breakfast wasn’t great.
