Really liked the location, breakfast, staff and pool. Location for us was perfect as there was a metro right next to the hotel so could get to the sightseeing places very easily. But it wasn't too far out so that we were still around things so felt safe and comfortable in the area. Breakfast was good but the star of the show for us was the pool and pool bar. So relaxing and really nice vibe On booking.com it only shows one room for Premium King Room with Balcony. And this specific room was the main reason we chose this over other hotels as the balcony has a nice couch on the balcony to relax. We were travelling from Australia so all we wanted to do was relax after a 23 hour flight, however we got a different room with no couch on the balcony so this wasn't the greatest start. However we spoke to the concierge and they were very understanding and gave us the intended room on our 3rd and 4th night as someone was already in that room for our 1st and 2nd night. If we had stayed in that room for all 4 nights, it would've been the perfect start to our holiday. Regardless we thank the staff for being understanding in this

The room was spacious, comfortable, stylish and very well equipped to a high standard. Loved the access to the pool although didn't have time to use it. Beautiful lobby. Would have liked more than one of each item on the tea tray so that both guests could have a non-decaf coffee in the morning.

It’s close to central station, but not the nicest of streets. The pool is nice but compact. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food good. The rooms are small and dated

Hotel is well looked after, very clean and most importantly all staff super polite and helpful, we were looked after very well. Nice breakfast with again attentive staff. Pool opening hours, as on google pool in the peak season should be open longer (instead of 7pm until 9pm as you can google; also opening was later than described first-instead of 10 it was 10:30 and pool bar closed for the first hours, which I personally found weird)

great pool, truly made the stay worth it - not sure if I'd stay again when the pool is closed to be honest, it's such a nice deck! excellent service by the front desk staff. Beds were very comfortable. plus point: the subway M3 is literally under the hotel entrance. so convenient! room could be more spacious/have more room to open up luggage. a coffee machine would be appreciated!

The location is great for the metro and train station. There was an awful smell from the drains that made it unpleasant to be in the room sometimes. The staff weren’t particularly friendly.

Great location to the station and to get to the city centre as the metro stop was literally right outside… Nice big comfy bed. The pool could open a little earlier. We booked this room last minute due to the pool and a week of walking round, thought it would be good to have a few hours by the pool but by the time it opened we literally had an hour.

Rooms were clean, furnished well. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and pool bar were added features. Showers need to be more enclosed for water. Hotel does not have an airport shuttle! We arranged our own transportation. This might be an important consideration when staying here before flying in/out of Milan-Malpensa airport.
