Nice and comfortable area Breakfast was not very good compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Not horrible just not the best. The last day we had to shower with cold water.

Our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. All the luxuries of a Marriott Bonvoy hotel and a fantastic location close to Milano Centrale train station. Food and service are exceptional here.

We loved the location and the building. our room was spacious and the pool although small was lovely during the hot afternoons. A special mention for Clara who checked us in after we arrived, such a warm welcome.

After an initial mix up over whether breakfast was included, we have concluded that we have discovered a gem of a hotel in Milan. The food offering at breakfast was exceptional and even the bar meals were of another class. Rooms were presented to the highest standards and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. We never did figure out how the lifts worked, but I’m sure it was something to do with efficiency!

Upon check-in, there was a mix up and the receptionist said the room did not come with breakfast. This happened to my travel companion as well who also made a similar booking through Booking.com. It took them a while to locate the correct details and to confirm that breakfast was, in fact, included. Breakfast selection was limited. Not terrible but not great, your standard european hotel breakfast fare. The room was generally clean, but there was a large cockroach one night in my bathroom. It disappeared eventually to what must have been a gap in the wall.
