Good Location
-
The air conditioner not working 100 % the room was too hot!
-
The location was great and most of the staff was very helpful Two out of three days some of our rooms had no hot water. It got fixed and then didn’t work the next day. And it was impossible to adjust the water in my room in the shower. Either scalding or freezing
-
Exellent Location ..we had three rooms .. the 2 Triple rooms were nice , The One double room was not so nice .
-
No Hot water kettle in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get hot water.
-
Breakfast was great! Great location Older property and no air conditioning
-
Needs updating, furniture is outdated, carpets are worn and stained. Bathroom has mold growing in the corners. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Such a shame, could be a great hotel with updating and attention to detail
-
Carpets and separate beds.
-
Location Balcony without a downward view
-
Hotel is old and looks abandoned
-
In Centro , highly clean, quiet, room was quite big and staff was excellent. Nothing i have notice
-
The Hotel is very good, with great staff and very clean. The breakfast is just perfect! Also, the location is very convenient, a couple of minutes' walk to Milan Duomo The only uncomfortable thing is that there are often homeless people camping outside the Hotel.
-
The room is well located for visiting the Duomo or and other attractions in that area. It is also well located within easy access of the metro so you can reach attractions that are further away. The room was in good order and quiet. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay.
-
Excellent location, few mins walking to the Dome The furniture is quite old, but everything is very clean so it doesn’t matter that much.

The people truly made this stay special. Giulia at the front desk welcomed me warmly from arrival to departure, Massimo was always helpful when I returned late at night, and Paola greeted me every morning at breakfast with incredible energy and fresh-squeezed Sicilian orange juice. Simon in the bar was also a great host and went out of his way to accommodate my non-drinking lifestyle. The entire staff made me feel like a valued returning guest. The location is excellent and made exploring Milan very easy. Honestly very little, like almost nothing.. The hotel has a classic style and some areas show their age slightly, but everything was clean, comfortable, and the outstanding staff more than makes up for it.
-
It was supper near to the center and breakfast was amazing Room was kind of old, there were cracks in bath and I couldn’t take a bathtub.
-
The hot water pressure in the shower was low.
-
Best location, big room, comfortable. Amazing breakfast, love the location. Rooms need some update though it’s very clean, beds are comfortable, sheets are new and clean
-
