- no spot to dry clothes - some kind of sound every 30 seconds - from the ventilation or something else - the kitchen stuff is very basic

Very close to the train station, the bedside curtains, shower was separate from the bathroom. Kitchen downstairs. Very cute lounge area on the first floor and they had a garden as well. Check in closed at 3pm and I arrived later- communication was good about how to access property.

The rooms were very beautiful. Nothing.

It's close to Milano Centrale, which is good if you're travelling in the morning. The bed is ok and the room isn't that crowded. Nobody was there to receive me. They operate in a fully self-check-in fashion. Nobody was there to solve any possible trouble, and the common area was really scary since the furniture was really old and the lights were off. It seemed a bit spooky for me. The towel smelled bad, and the shower wasn't that good. Also, they don't have any shampoo or soap. The room had some rust, which is bad for someone who is allergic.

-Locationn is 10 mins walking from central station Staff is so nice -Room and bathroom are SUPER CLEAN and I LOVE THE VINTAGE STYLE everywhere? -There is a balcony and living room and extra toilets in the first floor -will definitely be my every time accommodation in Milano :) -when it was hot there opened the AC, so it was super comfy -SUPER comfy and clean bed and towel <3 -Super Big locker under the bed You can leave your luggage for free in the same day but if you leave it overnight it will be 20€/night so be careful and plan well. I would stay more if they didn't have that rule :( wish i could stay more <3

I like the curtains on the beds, I could always close myself in and have my little privacy ? People will talk while trying to sleep at night. It was disturbing.

Good location No 24 hr. Staff, it was quite inconvenient to leave stuff early when check in. At night, When I need help and have questions no one available.

Clean - well-positioned close to Milan Centrale - Friendly staff - Small size room and the lockers are uncomfortable.

Close to the train station. Loved the curtains, the stairs to the bed were great, and the lockers for the suitcases were amazing! Very clean I wish the top bunk had a second curtain on the side by the stairs. The bathroom shower was very small.

The location is very good and the staff let us to check in early The duvets had a bad smell, we were very late in the hotel so it was late to ask them for a change. And when we returned home we noticed bed bug bites all over us.

Able to leave luggage. The room near the road was a bit noisy at night. Couldn’t turn on the air conditioner. There was no hair dryer.

The initial remote entry is a little awkward. But once in, it's all good.

Very detailed instructions before stay to onboard us. Very easy to reach. Atmospheric lobby and rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The location and the cozy vibe like home. The owner help me alot for letting me leave bagages after check out

The elevator wasn't working and the mattress needs to be replaced

It appears to have been a quant old hotel in the past. Has real charm to it. No soap or body wash in the shower.
