Location was OK - you can walk to downtown easily. Breakfast was good (enough choice and friendly staff). Probably good value for money, but a bit of upscaling of the rooms/common areas would be required. very old style rooms (old carpet, uncomfortable bed, very old design in general, no elevator).

The building and rooms are in great shape. Cafeteria area also nice. Several tram stations just a few meters away. The hotel does not have an elevator, so be ready for that. The room faced the street and the sound of the tram can be very uncomfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful, and kind . our flight was at night and they allow us to leave our luggage free of charge. We have to carry our luggage 2 floors , the property doesn’t have elevator

I like the place near in the tram to go to doumo and centrale. Breakfast are good with a lot of variety.

It was good enough. Could have been better. Location was good though - many restaurants were within a walking distance. No lift! We had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor ? Breakfast was average.

Easy to find It says that it has parking but when you go there they send you to a parking where you have to pay

The staff were welcoming. The two main managers were very friendly. There was no kettle in the room. Even though we brought hot drinks to our room, kettle would have been ideal.

Rooms were clean. Too close to trams which were loud almost all night. First we booked room for four people with a garden view then hotel switched it to two double rooms but did not mentioned trams. We did not sleep well. Breakfast was rather poor.

!! The location is perfect, very near walking 3-4 mins to Porta Venezia Milano metro stations, and 1 mins to Tram for Milano central and other places. Breakfast was good enough. The staff was very helpful. The only thing is that there is no elevator, I mean if you are tired of visiting different places all day and then you need to go to the 2nd floor by stairs and maybe with some luggage.. There is no cafe in the room and no water bottles.

Very close to stations and a short walk to the cathedral. Nice places to eat. No lift

Very clean newly renovated room, corner room with lots of daylight. Good breakfast. Bathroom a bit small, the bathroom sink structure inconvenient. Desk also small. The keeping of a small refrigerator below the desk makes it very inconvenient to sit in front and work on a laptop on the desk.

OK for the price (considering it's Milan). Good location, within walking distance from the railway station, the metro, and main tourist attractions.
