Very Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had booked two double rooms, but the receptionist insisted that my reservation was for single rooms and tried to charge me extra. Even after I showed him my booking confirmation, he eventually realized that I had indeed reserved two double rooms. However, instead of correcting the issue, he deliberately assigned us two single rooms. Later, he acted surprised when it turned out the rooms were single. It is very hard to believe this was an honest mistake when the exact same “error” happened with both rooms. Either the staff is not properly trained to identify room types, or this was done intentionally. Based on his attitude throughout the check-in process, I strongly believe it was deliberate. The hotel itself does not deserve its 4-star rating. The rooms and facilities are very old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also disappointing, with poor quality and very limited options. Overall, this was a very bad experience from check-in to check-out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone Everything

The staff was very friendly and professional. Some of the guests were... Creative.. But the staff all remained cool. The location is also great, lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Also, there is a small grocery shop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel desperately needs a renovation and a remodelling of the whole interior. Yes, it was pretty clean and I could not confirm any concerns about bugs or whatever, I saw nothing like that. But no matter how well maintained and clean everything was, it was also very very old. It was like going back in time to the late 80's, the other reviews are NOT exaggerating. I chose this hotel because I actually didn't believe the reviews and pictures, but it's really that old. Unfortunately some things will naturally degrade over time, no matter how hard you try to clean them. I don't think the management decision to keep maintaining and cleaning the old stuff is a good strategy. Eventually, the guests will stop coming or at the very least you'll lose the stars. So please concider an investment into a remodelling and renovation of the interior.

Close enough to the city center to walk, but not in the very touristic areas, so it was quiet around the hotel. There is a tram station right in front or a metro station very close. Staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was tasty and they had a lot of fruits. The price I got on booking was without breakfast, parking and tourist tax - I didnt payed attention to these details. The price on booking was really good but in the end, after adding all the other costs, it went a bit higher than I expected (not very high, but still it wasnt a nice surprise). On the breakfast side, it was enough to have energy, but I wish there salads and more vegetables.

The location was far from attractions.. and taxis are expensive and everything adds us.. There should be an electric socket to plug a phone charger near the bed. I prefer a bigger bathtub to shower in.. as for the breakfast, i suggest a wider range of cheeses..

The hotel is rated 4 stars, but unfortunately my experience did not meet those expectations. I had a large suitcase and was surprised that I had to carry it up five steps at the hotel entrance, with no assistance available. The hotel itself feels very old, and the furniture is outdated and worn. The room was quite small, with a single-sized bed. There was no power outlet next to the bed, which made it inconvenient to charge my phone overnight. The room had a balcony, but the view was only of the back side of the hotel and was not particularly appealing. Overall, the hotel was clean, but the facilities and comfort level did not reflect a 4-star standard

I asked for directions from the airport and the person told me to take a train from the main station, the M3 that is incredibly difficult to find. I was able to take a bus from the airport malpensante the main Milan central station. It would have been helpful to know about the tram that is also at the train station, outside more visible and ends up much closer to the property. I was also a bit disappointed that only the single rooms have a balcones . The breakfast was nice. I thought it was very expensive for not having a pool or a more elegant exterior See above. The building itself is not that attractive from the outside. I also didn’t appreciated that several guests were permitted to smoke cigarettes at the entrance which meant the only way to enter the building was to walk through a wall of smoke

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets like Carrefour; very friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Nothing.

Staff very friendly and helpful, location very good . The hotel is a bit dated and not sure if it’s a 4* as it says. Blankets very old, no duvet cover, pillows very uncomfortable.
