I knew it would be small, but it was smaller than you think. The outlets by the bed, could not work because the head board blocked the plug from entering strait. The shower was excessively small, and had no shelf to store products on. While I used the a/c it did not work very well, considering the room was only 150 Sq feet.

I thought that that front of the hotel looked different than the photo. Not in a bad way, but made it slightly more confusing to find

Room quite small

It was close to the train station and shuttle to the airport. The tv wasn’t working and the staff was unable to repair the problem and stated there were no other rooms available because they were full. This caused an argument between my husband and I. No discount was provided for the inconvenience. The door to the bathroom couldn’t be opened completely it would catch on the bathroom sink. Wifi was glitchy so I couldn’t even watch anything on my phone instead of the tv. You could hear a lot of yelling also I’m not sure if it was staff or other people in the building.

Not a lot It was kind of in a sketchy area and the room was gross along with like the hallways and the lobby. I felt very uncomfortable and not very safe in this hotel. I highly do not recommend this hotel. I’d much rather pay a few euros more for a nicer hotel.

There was no hot water in the shower or water pressure.

Just the location close to the central station Everything, it was dirty, really really small and the staff ask you for the key whenever you’re going out, you left your stuff at the room but they keep the key

Great location. Room is really pretty. Somehow we got two beds (queen + single) instead of one which was the nice touch. It was warm woollen blanket, quite comfortable bed, somewhat comfortable temperature in the room I didn’t get the notion of leaving keys on the reception when you are going out? There is no night light in the room. As well as no internet, and it’s actually frequently mentioned in swarm and in the reviews. Sound isolation is pretty bad. The door handle looks like it’s going to break any second

Great location to the train station. Stated for one night waiting for an early train and it was clean and affordable, and allowed pets.

Tiny elevator so we took the stairs three flights up Was given one towel to shower. We knew that there was going to be shared bathrooms. There was a cloth bathmat that was dirty in the bathroom. We asked for a clean bath mat and an additional towel and washcloth and was advised we would be charged when we left early in the morning we left the key on the table in our room when we got to the front door the staff person came out screaming at us because the key was left in the room and not brought to the desk and called us crazy. Great way to start your day. We didn't like being disrespected when we were leaving by the staff. We didn't like having adequate towels and bathmat in order to shower.

staff are friendly and helpful. location is convenient to the train station. no fridge, the bathroom door was so small i cant fit, i have to squeeze myself in to make sure it will work for me, maybe you can change the bathroom door as a one whole piece instead of half opening only.

Short (three or four) step rises between lobby and lift. Encourages me to pack lighter still.

Location and room condition Access to the elevator is creepy and dark, has to be improved. The price is also expensive.

The staff are so nice and very helpful. They always have a nice smile and love the fact that they have a 24h reception it’s really helpful. I love my stay so much I booked another day right away The room was nice and clean, had all I needed.

Near train station and restaurants. Good for passing through. Front desk 24 hours. Overpriced breakfast in morning.
-
The ac very bad No minibar in rooms

Really convenient for access to either busses or trains to Malpensa or elsewhere. Also very close to the Mercato Centrale which gives excellent eating choices. Very friendly and helpful staff and good typical Italian breakfast. Minor detail: the lift is very ancient and claustraphobic!
