It was close to the city center, with great access to the tram, metro and buses that take you there. Staff was friendly.

The staff was amazing and very friendly, everything was great. The location is good and well connected to the city center. Bad insulation, and the mattress on the bed was old, worn out, and uncomfortable.

The hotel was okay overall. I had a single room, which was clean and comfortable. The location was decent and the stay was generally fine. On the last day, I asked the staff if I could bring a guest to my room, and they clearly said it was not allowed. This policy was disappointing for me and made my overall experience less pleasant. I wish this had been communicated more clearly at the time of booking.

room was a little bit too small. bathroom was too small for two. parking is very tight and need good routine to leave the car in the slot. unfortunately no gardrobe for cloths. breakfast was decent, staff was easy learning making cocoa perfectly. :) thank you so much, it was really kind! location was perfect, close to city center comfortable bed

My husband is 6'8 - the room was small, but very clean. There were extra pillows in the closet and water in the fridge. Mattress was very hard - needs a feather topper. Could not get the shower wand to work.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Although the building and rooms are old, the bathroom is renovated and overall it is very clean and comfortable. The space is small but well designed for a budget friendly hotel. The subway is 10minutes walking distance and the tram is right in front of the hotel. The rooms are a bit too small.

Very clean, excellent value for money. Bed was not the best. Doors of the room do not insulate noise very well, which was unfortunate being close to the elevator as I was.
