Close to public transportation. With temperatures of 30–35°C, turning off the air conditioning in the middle of the night was unacceptable. The AC was centrally controlled for each room, and the remote was taken away, leaving us unable to adjust the temperature. It made for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

We are very satisfied with the hotel and we don't know why does it only has one star when it deserves more. First, sir Alfredo at the reception is so kind and is always here to help, it doesn't matter if it is 7 in the afternoon or 1 am, he is always there. Secondly, the hotel was perfectly clean and a big plus for us was also the free parking place. Thank you for everything!! ❤️

A welcoming establishment. It has a friendly manager. The room was comfortable and it's in a central location in terms of transportation. The air conditioning is controlled by a central system. There is no refrigerator in the room. But these are not a problem.

Had all I needed. No frills just what you need for a good night. Good WiFi and clean with decent size rooms. And also parking available reserved for guests. Highly recommend. Nothing, apart that if you are a light sleeper and require perfect quiet than trams noises etc might annoy you

Excellent location right next to the trams that take you to city center. It was super clean! Great value, and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. It is near the tram, which means you will hear some level of noise from them passing by, but not too bad. The sheets were starchy and stiff and scratchy.

Convenient location to visit Milan. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. People ringing the door bell of the hotel several times at 4a.m and then talking in the lobby for a long time before we had to ask them to stop

Little further out than we thought but easy enough to get on the tram. ABIT noisy but it'was around Xmas New year

Very cold, 14 degrees at night, no heating. Ac was stoped during the night

Old man at the reception was friendly and helpful but he doesnt speak English. We heard noise from outside, even people climbing stairs was so loud from inside. Water was leaking in the bathroom from the windows. Room temperature was not in our control. AC was turned off during the night. Stay was not worth the money paid.
