DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible condition. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Ants were coming in from the balcony; bathroom facilities were broken - toilet seat moved, light didn't work, dirty shower head, mold/mildew. Uncomfortable bed that wasn't properly covered- only had a sheet to cover mattress and a sheet to use and two pillows. Recent reviews mentioned bed bugs, and while we didn't see any, the mattress had noticeable stains that raised concerns. Pictures on the listing are misleading. Charged the highest tourist tax we paid the whole trip (€5 per person, per night). Found several much nicer nearby hotels for about the same price we had prepaid. Had I known I would have waited to book last minute and stayed elsewhere.

The Bathroom was broken i report it and no one came to fix it

The room we were given was infested with bed bugs, so much so that that their normal hiding spots were full and they were out in the open on the walls. They were biting us during the day! When we first noticed one, we went to reception and they yelled at us and said that they weren't responsible for the bed bugs and they will not provide us a refund or even help us move rooms. The manager just told us to go back to our room and that he needed to enjoy his life and we were bothering him by calling. When we went back to the room to pack up and leave we found our stuff crawling with bed bugs. We left immediately and had to fight tooth and nail to even get any compensation from Booking. Just avoid this hellhole at all cost. Not worth dealing with the dirty place or the crazy rude manager.

Hotel is not that far but good for city travelers. Nice area 20 minutes walk to Piazza Duomo We almost missed the check-in because we found no information that at 23.00hrs the reception closes! Lack of information!! Room very small and bed not comfortable:(

We felt genuinely terrified during our stay. Late at night, a guest who was already staying at the hotel let a couple with suitcases into the main entrance. There is no reception or staff on-site for late check-ins. The couple then began arguing loudly outside the rooms, which was extremely unsettling. The most frightening part was that after some time, the man started trying the doors of the rooms, apparently checking to see if any were unlocked. At 3 a.m. we were jolted awake because he attempted to enter our room. After that, we were unable to sleep at all, as the couple remained outside our door talking for a long time. We tried repeatedly to contact the property for help or guidance, but received absolutely no response. With no sense of security and no staff available, we felt completely unsafe. As soon as morning came, we left the hotel immediately and booked another place for the rest of our trip. This experience was extremely distressing and unacceptable. A hotel without basic security measures or emergency support puts its guests at serious risk. We would never stay here again and strongly warn others against it. To make matters worse, the room was not clean, and the bathroom was extremely small, outdated, and uncomfortable, which made the stay even more unpleasant.

I appreciated the receptionist’s kindness. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. I noticed mold on the walls and inside the wardrobe, which was quite unpleasant. In addition, several items in the room were very old and some were partly broken, giving the impression that the room was not well maintained.

The room size was the smallest one in my all experience. The charging the same amount of money for the same type of superior double room, but they have different sizes of those room. The room we received was imposible to moove and stay. It was not a superior double room, and the stuff changed our room only after 2 nigths. So what we paid for?

Very quiet street, out of the centre of town so it has an authentic flavour, great restaurants in the area, excellent access to transit especially if needing a layover for Linate, Staff was professional and very responsive, the room served all of our needs and was great for a one night layover for the airport. Visiting the Duomo is only a direct tram ride away. Would definetly return and recommend as a great stay. The room did not have a coffee maker. The balcony was not swept and there were ashes from the previous guest's cigarettes. Perhaps providing an ashtray on the balcony would solve this issue or sweeping before new guests arrive. I did not have the opportunity to inform the staff but if I had, I know that they would have attended to the issue.

The only one good in this hotel is a guy in the reception, he was nice Everything was so bed, the facilities were soo old, there was even no door in the toilet, just one strange thing which I don’t know how to name. No sleepers,no blanket,no WiFi ,there were nothing. I was feeling cold at night, so had to wear my blazer. Omg, the most worst thing is that you can hear everything what is happening in the hall or in another room. Next to our room the couple were having sex all night and they were screaming and groaning, I couldn’t sleep because of this. We felt like they are having sex next to us. Even how they were using toilet and having showers, everything you could hear. I was with my sister,so she had trauma I guess. And reception closes at 23:00 so you even can’t reach and ask something from them after this time and it opens only at 10:00 which is so inconvenient. We could spend this money on normal hotel, not this hostel. And it was so far from center, so we had to use taxi, which is extra cost. I don’t know why they are saying that they are having WiFi, because I couldn’t use it normally, first day I could find their WiFi, on the second day I managed to find it ,but it wasn’t working properly, had to use my network instead.

No air conditioning, no screens on windows, wall paper pealing and wall crumbling in the corner where there had been a leak in the roof. Mildew in the corners of the shower. No elevator, but I don't mind using stairs.

The staff was very nice and provided advice about parking since their parking lot was full. The place is right by the tram station that took us to Duomo (~25 min ride). Several cute restaurants and cafes right down the street. We loved the blinds that come down by the press of a button. Our room had a private bathroom, but others had a shared bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. I would stay here again. No iron for clothes
