I discovered that I had been upgraded to stay in the same building as the lobby, which was nice, but unfortunately due to not feeling well I had to extend my stay by two extra nights, and so ended up having to pay a higher price each night of the extension as it was a more expensive room. Good shower, although the water would take a little while to get hot. I tried the breakfast once—it was good, albeit overpriced and not the most hygienic environment. The room had a strong odour of broccoli soup that unfortunately lasted until the end of my stay. There were stains and streak marks on the WC and bidet, and I also saw some gross-looking deposits appear in the toilet bowl—thankfully they did not appear again after I flushed them away, but the hotel should perhaps do some kind of treatment to prevent this from ever happening again. Soundproofing was poor—for example, I could hear the sounds of toilet flushing from other room(s), loud voices, door slams, and outside city noises. The bedding had some hairs and the bathroom door needed to be wiped down. The curtain did not cover the window fully, leaving the side of the window nearest the bathroom door exposed to outside view, which was not good for privacy.

Good location We stayed for one night. The hotel seemed quite old, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. You can find a better place for the same price.

Clean, modern and an excellent location very close to the station. The cool air conditioning made it feel like a sanctuary in the summer heat! Iced water in the reception lobby was also really appreciated. Staff were friendly and our room was clean and quiet. The beds only had a thin sheet on top so we got a little chilly by morning.

It was really nice and clean and had a very modern look and atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful with only a call away, helped provide an iron and adapter for our room too!

Great location, very close to the metro. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with very noisy neighbours who kept us awake throughout the night. Overall, a good stay.

Good hotel, overall new design and equipment, clean. We used it only for sleeping and thus walking distance to the train station. It served the purpose well. The staff at the reception was very attentive. There are some good restaurants around Via Gustavo Fara street if you want to eat in the vicinity of the hotel. The sound insulation is not perfect, you could hear people from the corridor. What I don't like at any hotel is a single thin sheet cover to be shared for both people sleeping in the room.
